Convenient location close to the airport. You can take the airport shuttle for free and then walk from the bus stop, or you can use hotel shuttle for 5 EUR per person. You can't really walk there, eventhough on the map it doesn't seem far. Room was spacious, beds comfortable, equipped with all you need. We much appreciated breakfast starting from 5 am, which had very good selection of food.

Windows are not sound proof so you can hear airplanes and near church bell till midnight.

The hotel offers an airport shuttle for 5€, which is nice. But there is a free shuttle, the bus stop is 5-10min away. We learnt about it to late, but maybe somebody finds it useful:)

Close to airport - about 30min walk though no clear footpaths. Good continental breakfast with various food options. Room was clean and all that was required for an overnight stay for an early flight. Ran shuttle to airport in morning which cost €5. There is a nearby free shuttle that runs between Terminal 1 and 2 though this is about 10min walk from the hotel so paying for convenience.

There wasn't an ATM on the premises so make sure to get cash out before you leave the airport if you are just transferring through MXP.

Good position for Malpensa Airport, and nice selection of cakes for breakfast (starting at 5 am). Instead of using the hotel shuttle, you can reach the terminals with the free airport shuttle bus running every 20 minutes from the Case Nuove stop (10 minutes away from the hotel by foot).

Shower was great. The restaurant was good value. The breakfast was outstanding and what was exceptional was you could have breakfast at 5am.

Room was a bit tired. The shuttle was welcome but 5 euros each way per person can work out a little dear for families. What is not said is that a 10 minute walk away there is a free bus to the airport every 15 minutes during the day which I used. Be warned iots quick to get to the airport but around 45 minutes to get back.

I loved seeing the planes from the window of the room. We also really appreciated the bar and the restaurant open until midnight for dinner and from 5am for breakfast. We were craving for some good Italian food and we found it. Staff was nice and always available :) It was great value for money if you need to spend a night before/after your flight.

In the room it was pretty cold and it seems like the thermostat was blocked on "cool" but it might have been that we were too tired to make it work. We tried looking for more blankets but couldn't find them. The shuttle to the airport is very efficient but costs 5€ per person.

Really good shower. Breakfast was very nice especially the fresh coffee to order at no extra cost. Comfortable beds but could do with extra pillows.

Not within walking distance of the airport so a taxi late at night was 20 euros which was expensive for a short journey. On the way back to the airport the shuttle bus (booked on arrival) was better value at 10 euros and left spot on time. Information on the shuttle bus from the airport, if there is one, would be useful.

I arrived late at Malpensa Terminal 1 as my train from Urbino was very late and the Idea Hotel assisted me greatly in getting to their hotel by sending a number to call to get me there by large vehicle, people-carrier. I got picked up by the driver outside Terminal 1 and that certainly helped my exhaustion. Well done - good IDEA from the Idea Hotel! Also I had to change the date of my stay from May to September 2023 and the Idea Hotel refunded me 2/3 of the cost of this which I think was generous and so I rebooked for my overnight on 25th September. Good REAL coffee made for me in the morning!

I wish it had been closer to the Terminals 1&2 at Malpensa to avoid the double ferrying, evening and morning. I would have loved a kettle in my room to have tea when I arrived late on the night of my stay.

The reception staff was absolutely amazing - they received us very well and they explained everything. The room was absolutely amazing, the bed were so comfy and we all slept so well. The shuttle departed exactly on time and we arrived more than on time for our flights. I can tell you that it was very good, because my mother is a hotel cleaner so she knows exactly where to go to check if the room is cleaned properly and she approved it! Please continue to be like that for your customers - you all are an amazing team and try your best for your clients.

The only down side was the fact that the waitresses in the restaurant did not speak English, but we tried what we could through gestures and the lady tried to hard to understand everything.

Convenient location close to Mariposa airport and really worth to its money. Normal breakfast and client service, especially appreciate the transfer and quite atmosphere around that village. Perfect bathroom interior and facilities and there is always transparent blue hot water during the staying. As per request, you can receive an iron to your room.

There is no the electrical kettle in the room, but you can ask at bar reception. It wasn’t always so convenient if you are staying for long term period. The plastic cups look cheap and not sustainable.
