location. besides been close to the airport, we needed to get a taxi what was abusive for 35 euros for 7 min ride. Hotel concierge called and schedule this taxi( black random car with no taxi signs on it) for this ridiculous price of 35 Euros for 7 min ride

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Best Western and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect, particularly in terms of accommodation and breakfast. Now, let's talk about the breakfast. It was a culinary delight that truly stood out. The hotel offered a wide variety of delectable options. From freshly baked pastries and bread to a selection of locally sourced fruits and cheeses, the breakfast spread was both extensive and delicious. The attentive staff ensured that the buffet was constantly replenished and maintained to the highest standards.

Perfectly sufficient location for a quick overnight near the airport. Convenient if you have a car, easy enough to find and to get around. Room was good size for a family of four, and the facilities were as expected. Quiet location even though near the airport and main highway.

The room was a little warm, and we were unable to change the temperature of the room. Parking is free outside the garage, but may be difficult to find a space if the hotel was more busy. Definitely need a car if you want to see anything outside the immediate area or go to shops, there isn't much of anything nearby.

Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Room was clean. I was happy with the airport shuttle - go to exit 5 at the airport to find the shuttle bus, however you should call the hotel when you land to request it. There are no signs anywhere, and the information desk at the airport was closed when I landed.

Hotels in Milan are generally very expensive. For the same money I paid for this room, I could get a much nicer room in an airport hotel even at London Heathrow, but this is Milan, so I guess this is the best you can get in this price range. There was nowhere in the room to plug in electric devices - I had to unplug the TV to be able to charge my phone. No kettle or coffee etc. in the room. Sound insulation is not perfect but quite good. All in all, it's an okay hotel but don't expect anything special. If I come back to Milan, I'll probably stay here again, especially because staff was awesome.

A good place close to Malpensa Airport. A very large room and a very big bed.

The hotel is old, the furniture and the place looks like 30 years old. A refurbishment is needed. Also, the shuttle from the hotel is available only from 4.30. I think there should be shuttle available, at request, even earlier (not to be forced to take a taxi double the price)

Everything was perfect. I can say 10 out of 10. I had a great stay and will go back to this place for sure. My room was at the pool side and I loved it. Thank you for your great service. Everything was great!

Because I was at the pool side (which I really liked the view), but I just felt a bit noisy with the car sounds and pool party. There were gatherings at the tables until 1:00am and I had a flight early morning. That was the only thing. The rest was great.

Very comortable, clean and close to airport. Dinner was good. Bed was superb comfort. Nice hot water in the shower.

It would have been nice to receive an email informing the shuttle schedule and pick up location at the airport. We had to rely on a local at the Malpensa airport to call the hotel to get this information. Other hotels email you or send you a text message on a proactive basis ensuring that upon your arrival you have no logistics issues getting to the hotel

The gondolas and the breakfast. $230 a night is a good price, but it costs$320… since I got earlier they accommodate me to the San Marco Hotel (a chain) and the Tower of the Clock. Torre dell’Orologio. Superb and insuperable!

The gentlemen at the front desk did not like our traveler’s look. Americans are seen as dirty and cheap. Nothing like that in my book. Although, when you travel in Italy and is 40C/104F you are sweaty and mad!

This was a last minute booked stay to be near the airport for an early departure . The location was near the airport as advertised . The front desk staff were helpful and friendly and spoke English in order to help sort through plans . The shuttle was a key factor and it exceeded expectations . I used the shuttle for a ride from the airport (after coming into Milan via train), and for departing to the airport the next morning very early . The shuttle picked me up quickly and efficiently, and left the hotel on time the next morning , which was all helpful and reassuring due to the importance of catching international flights . The shuttle drivers were efficient, helpful and friendly. The cost was 4 euros . My room was very nice ; clean , comfortable and well appointed . The water pressure was notably fabulous and I had a wonderful surplus of towels . The room exceeded expectations . The restaurant was a bit overpriced , I thought , with extremely limited options, including for a vegetarian , so at the front desk recommendation , I walked about .5 mile through residential streets to a very busy , popular pizza place for take-out . I had a drink in the bar which was typically overpriced airport hotel prices and a bit subpar , and there were fruit flies hovering around , but this was minor in the overall scheme of things . The lighting in the hallways was very dim and downgraded the property significantly , in my opinion . Improved hall lighting would significantly improve the appearance and atmosphere of the facility .

Conveniently located. Possibility to have 3 single beds. Room was clean and everything was working. So far the best hotel I have used in the Malpensa area.

There was no indication that the shuttle to the airport must be booked in advance. I thought it was a continuous service, at least in the morning considering that most people is leaving early. We had no space and had to pay for a taxi service.
