After a long morning of train and bus travel, Valerio was especially welcoming. His pleasant nature enhanced our stay in stunning Sorrento. While the location of the property was not very quiet (early morning and late night business activity below), the room was clean and beautifully updated, was light and bright throughout and more than met our needs for our three night stay.

If I was planning to visit Sorrento again and wanted to stay more onsite in my room each day I would perhaps consider booking at a hotel/resort that offered amenities and various facilities. However, if you are a traveller planning to spend much of your visit doing day trips or all day activities, Holiday Sorrento Center is an excellent option and good value for your money. The old-fashioned, oversized room keys were a bit tricky and we struggled to unlock and lock our door every time.

I wish I could rate this BEYOND 10!! I can’t even put to words how much we loved our stay. Valerio was so beyond helpful from the moment we booked!!! He help us get a private transfer from Naples, gave us recommendations on where to go, and even gave us a bottle of wine on the last night of our stay. The location was perfect, the facility was so clean, it was the best stay we had our entire trip!!! We will be coming to Sorrento again and will definitely book with Valerio and Holiday Sorrento Center again!!

There was nothing that we did not like about this stay!!! I wouldn’t change a thing

Right in the heart of Sorrento with so many shops and restaurants downstairs - the location is the best part. Air conditioning works well and the bathroom was a good size. Room was cleaned well every day. Great value for the location and a comfortable bed - would definitely stay here again. Thanks to Valerio for being a great host.

There is a small flight of steps to get up to the room but Valerio kindly helped with getting the bags upstairs so this was not a problem. Taxis can't stop near the hotel to drop off bags, so you'll need to walk a few minutes from a nearby square to get to the hotel.

This lovely accommodation is in the heart of Sorrento and is close to everything! Our host Valerio was so friendly and helpful to us at all times. His emails were always prompt and informative and he always went above and beyond to accommodate us (on a request for an extra night when it wasn’t originally booked). We appreciated this very much. The was even a bottle of wine waiting for us on return from our trip on our last night! Totally unexpected and so thoughtful! I highly reccommend this property as it is extremely clean, modern, and has an ideal location!

This is an amazing find, right in the amazing and vibrant Sorrento City Centre. The property manager, Valerio was outstanding from pre-arrival, to arrival, during our stay and departing. Always friendly and responding to questions at any time of day. The second you open the door into the three suite apartments you will see the shine from the clean environment. The room was comfortable and very clean. The added Juliet balcony to admire the narrow Italian city street was a nice addition.

Because it is on the City Street, above a small restaurant, you will hear the noise at night, usually when they are shutting down for the night. Additionally, the room is not sound proof, so you will hear others enter the apartments lobby. This did not impact our stay, but good to know.

Incredible location to stay in Sorrento - right in the heart of the amazing city. Our host Velario was incredibly attentive and provided above and beyond service. He provided us with restaurant recommendations, helped book excursions and tours when ours were cancelled due to weather, and was also available for anything through a simple WhatsApp message. Room is perfect for a couple in Sorrento - could not be in a better location. In the heart of the action but on a quieter stretch of a pedestrian only road. Could not recommend this place more. Velario also provided us with a bottle of wine on our last night.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Holiday Centre Sorrento. I’ve never been compelled to write a review before however after such a wonderful stay it was a must! The hotel was perfect in terms of location, the room was immaculate, lovely linen, modern clean bathroom, comfort bed! Valerio was the most wonderful host. Organised, messaging us pre our stay with directions, arranging a taxi, helping with our bags, he was so kind and warm and quite possibly the nicest host we’ve come across. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again or recommend as a must for anyone staying in Sorrento! Honestly look no further if you’re looking at a stay in Sorrento. We feel so fortunate to have found this place and host!

There is nothing we didn’t like!

Location was perfect! Great walking distance to everything! Train station, restaurants, shops, etc! Love the ambiance of the streets! Valerio was awesome! He communicated with me weeks before the trip and made sure he was there to meet us on arrival! He helped to arrange a private tour of amalfi coast. He kept our room clean and spotless. Answered my many questions with a pleasant smile and attitude! His manners were awesome! Spoke English well. Also handled our laundry (for a few, but well worth it so that we could enjoy every last minute Ute of Sorrento) !

It was all great. I don’t even know how to describe how much we enjoyed staying at HSC. Valerio, the host, is the kindest person you’ll ever know, just like a friend. He’s so helpful with anything you need, including excursions. He has arranged everything for us and has been in every detail for the most convenience price. The room was so nice decorated and clean, and has everything you need. The place is so quiet but also in the heart of Sorrento. You have stores and restaurants just down from the hotel. If you find place at HSC just don’t doubt is cause it will surely be your best choice. Thanks Valerio for everything!! I can’t wait to come back❤️

Nothing. The greatest experience.

The property is in the city center. It is an amazing location with easy access to everything. I loved our balcony door so we could check the weather and temperatures outside. As well as feel the energy of the area. Valerio was super helpful and attentive to all of our questions. He had great recommendations for us as well.

We could hear the street noise of the alley ways below. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to prepare for that. But we would stay again in a heartbeat.
