Loved, loved, loved our stay here. The balcony was amazing. When we arrived in Sorrento by the Circumvisuviana the town was jam packed with people and the 9 minute walk to the hotel from the train station with our back packs and carry-on was a bit stressful. As soon as we got to our room and sat on the balcony, 4 floors above the hustle and bustle, all the stress left and we began to love Sorrento. This is a lovely place in the middle of town, just a block from the elevator/walkway that will take you to the ferries. The restaurant downstairs, Naima, that is run by the hotel family, is one of the best places we ate in Italy. Incredibly good, seasonal food. We stayed for 4 nights and visited a lemoncello farm (Villa Beatrice), went to Capri, and did a day trip to hike near Amalfi (Valle Della Ferriere). This was the perfect location for day tripping and had plenty to do/explore if you wanted to stay in town for the day. Did I mention the balcony?! Definitely get the room with the balcony if it is available! As 2 female friends on vacation we always felt very safe in the area. Definitely coming back!!

Leaving :( (Just like every place we stayed in Italy, the beds were quite hard. Since it seems like a cultural thing we aren't disappointed, just want to make others aware)

I stayed here for the second time (first in 2019), for 2 nights. The staff is very nice and cheerful, and the location is amazing, right in the centre, on the little street across the Tramontana hotel. So before breakfast I would just pop quickly, 2 minutes away, to enjoy the amazing view of the gulf of Naples from the belvedere next to Tramontana. The room was very clean, with a nice smell, the water pressure in the shower very good, the bed very comfortable, i slept there very well. There was a kitchenette in the room, but I didn't need to use it this time. The breakfast is better than in other hotels, not just croissant and coffee, but also some charcuterie, eggs and fruit. Definitely my place when I visit Sorrento!

Great location and atmosphere with the street and restaurants outside. Great balcony to people watch and listen to the music from the restaurants. Great base to explore and we felt very safe. Breakfast was good considering there is a self service facility in the apartment. Shower pressure was great and good hot cold control. Air conditioning very good too and quiet mode at night. One night we ordered food from the restaurant downstairs and they hand delivered it to us in own room on plates! Delicious too. The staff are very kind. I would recommend to anyone coming to sorrento.

There is an automatic open door at the side of the building to enter so that you do not walk through the restaurant. The area is very safe and we had no problems, but I didn't like that anyone could walk in off the street. The apartment door itself is locked but I would have preferred if there was a fob or card to swipe to enter the building.

The rooms were absolutely amazing and cleaned every day. The hosts were exceptional. We enjoyed the breakfast there so much. We had dinner there and were treated to incredible hospitality from the hosts. Not to mention the food was the best we had in Italy!! We will be back!!!

The apartment was perfectly located, being a 15 minute walk from both the train station, port and beach (the jetty at the bottom of the cliff, that costs €50 for two sun beds! In August) The street it was on was very central with many bars and restaurants right on our doorstep and we got no noise from this so have plenty of The buffet breakfast was great, it was a small property so it was nice and quiet with plenty to choose from.

We booked a 1 bedroom which we expected would mean that the bedroom would be separate to the living/kitchen area but it wasn’t it was just a dividing wall that didn’t go to the roof or have a door. It didn’t have any outdoor space either but that wasn’t expected.

The breakfast was the BEST I have ever had at a hotel. Everything homemade by Sofia and excellent selection of savory and sweet. The staff was wonderful, room cleaned ever day. Helpful and friendly.

The bed was hard. After the third night, I got used to it.

Erg helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We were able to leave luggage after checking out - to collect when we were ready to leave. Breakfast was generous. Beds were comfortable. Perfect location - close to everything. 15 minute walk to station. It was great to have a small kitchen so we could cook some fresh vegetables which we were craving. It was easy to get a bus or boat to visit Amalfi and Positano - you only need an hour or so in each of them to cover seeing them - they are pretty small and unless you have big bucks - there isn’t a lot to do there.

Very close to ferry. Very safe. Very elegant, smallish, modern property. Big bathroom, roomy kitchenette. Great air con and hot water. On main drag with loads of food options. VERY helpful staff all around. Mirko and Aira made us feel like royalty. Entire staff did! No request too small. Attended to immediately. Very accommodating on gluten free and nondairy options. Even packed a lovely little breakfast. Refilled water bottles every day. Nice healthy, varied breakfast. Just lovely all around!!

Small point. If you are a light sleeper, maybe don’t opt for room with balcony as it overlooks popular lively street going late in the night.

I love it!!!! I can’t recommend this property enough, the location is perfect, it is just off the Main Street in Sorrento & a 10/15 min walk from the bus/train station, it is surrounded by restaurants & shops. At the end of the street to the right is the harbour for ferries to Naples & Capri and to the left is the street to Marina Grande. The apartment itself is amazing, we had a large balcony, a kitchenette with everything you could need … they thought of everything. The Tv has English speaking channels. The buffet breakfast was different every morning, the lady that serves the breakfast makes it herself & every morning was amazing. The owner checked us in & took us to the apartment & showed us how everything worked & gave us a map & gave us a run through all the sites to see in Sorrento … he was so helpful. I can’t wait to come back I loved it here.
