The location of the hotel was terrific, 5 minute walk from the train station. Had a nice view over the pool and the room was clean and of a decent size, the only downside were the pillows were a bit on the thin side. The chamber maids were really friendly always wishing us good morning as we left our room and asking if it was ok to go in and service it.

Breakfast was pretty poor, we were there for 5 nights and went down twice, the staff at breakfast were grumpy and we had to keep asking for coffee. The choice of breakfast was mainly cake which is too much sugar for me first thing in the morning so we ended up going elsewhere for the other 3 days.

Room was a good size with a balcony. Hotel is ageing but clean and good position. Our house maid Lucy was friendly and efficient, the breakfast room staff Daniella and Pepe were great. Easy friendly manner, and put people at ease. Breakfast menu very good catering for tourists from everywhere, plenty of choice. Absolutely no complaints about the hotel.

No fridge in the room and plenty of space for one. Have to go out for a cold drink. Hotel could have a cold drink vending machine in the lobby. Otherwise great.

Lovely clean room with balcony looking out onto the busy street! Staff very helpful and friendly. Pool a great facility and the free towels too! Lunch at the pool was so good and great value too.

Breakfast was a lot of sweet options rather than savory but that’s only something very small!

Easy to find after getting off the train from Naples, where the buses also depart from for the Amalfi coast, the hotel is a nice, flat walk along one main road from the train station. The reception staff are helpful, especially the young man on the night shift who printed out bus times and suggested local places of interest for me. Ample variety of food at breakfast (as someone with no special dietary requirements). The cleaning staff always seemed cheery and cleaned the rooms, changed towels and replenished toiletries daily. Only a few minutes walk to a bar, late night pizza restaurant, cafes, and shops and a nice leisurely stroll to the old town. As a solo, female traveller I felt safe day and night in the area.

Breakfast in the restaurant was not well managed and very disorganised - it’s helpful to speak, or know some Italian. Only a small grumble, but my single room at the rear of the hotel had very small windows so seemed a bit oppressive (but I only went back to shower and sleep anyway).

Could be the best price friendly, cost-value hotel in town. Staff is super polite and helpful, especially two guys serving in the restaurant, making all the effort to make you feel comfortable. Location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from the center square. Outside you have a shop, bakery, even a self washing service facility. Breakfast is enjoyable, nice coffee(not from the machine). Rooms with the balcony overlooking the street tend to be noisy ( we specifically asked for it, even though they warned us, seems Sorento lives by night aswell). Rooms are spacious enough. Clean, and serviced everyday. There is a pool area, sourounded by lemon trees that seems enjoyable(it was april, was still out of service). Definetly a recommendation if you want to spend a moderate amount of money compared to prices in Sorento, but still get something out of it.

The location was good . Not far from the train station & the local buses to take you to all the tourist attractions AMALFI Positano etc only about 10min walk. It was also only 15-20 min walk to main shopping town as the accommodation is located at the top end of the main shopping street . Breakfast was okay with lots of pastries (common in Europe) if you like pastries for breakfast but if you wanted eggs you had to order them . There was also a good size pool if you just wanted to relax. Giuseppe at front reception is very nice, kind & helpful.

The rooms do not provide a fridge. It would have been nice to have a fridge in your room to keep your water bottles etc cool especially when your traveling in Summer !

our room was a bit small, but it worked for us. The staff was very nice and pleasant. The location was away from the center but very nice. It was located close to the train station and bus stops. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options offered in the morning.

I could not make a email contact or text message contact with the property manager before we arrived. I never tried to phone. I would recommend that the hotel make email connections via Booking.com more accessible. Second, my sister and her husband witnessed a males breakfast waiter in the breakfast room move a woman’s purse, open and remove money from a the purse. As far as we know, he wasn’t held accountable.

Buffet breakfast was standard & good. Loved the fresh fruit. Location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance to everywhere including the train station. The pool was nice and colder in temperature than expected which we enjoyed, it cooled us down in the scorching July heat!

We paid extra for a room with a balcony but unfortunately got an even smaller room than we wanted. I assume this was because it was at the end of the corridor. When you opened the door the foot of the bed was right by it so you had to close the door to be able to walk to the other side of the bed. The balcony was perfect just wish we had gotten a more spacious room!

Loved the location, easy stroll into Sorrento. We loved the pool area - fantastic drinks, lovely small pool with enough chairs for all but never felt over crowded. Very relaxing with a nice mix of travellers: couples, families, friend groups from across the globe. Bed very comfortable and reception area very inviting. Aircon in room very effective and needed!

The shower was a bit old/not very powerful. Bathroom needs a bit of a revamp. Breakfast was OK but nothing standout. Some staff were lovely - particularly female staff at breakfast. Unfortunately some other members of staff working around the pool weren't very welcoming - felt like we were annoying him by simply ordering a drink.

Friendly smiley staff. Location perfect central. Use of luggage locker before/after check in.

Poor selection of breakfast. But staff extremely courteous.
