I would say perfect location, few steps from train station, shops ,bars and restaurants. If you leave the building and turn left in like probably less than 50 metres there's a local bar opens 6 am they have a Beautiful coffee and freshly baked croissant (everytime I've been there i seen only local people having italian breakfast before heading to work. My mistake i booked the smallest room for 3 persons but was just perfect. Beds, bathroom, air-conditioning you named it everything spotless clean for us was what we needed. We meet Giuseppe at the check in who helped us with information about the place

It can be a little noisy on the street night time but I don't think you can be in a central location and have the quietness of a forest.

Nice, clean apartments. About a 10 minute walk into the main areas. Small shared kitchenette outside of the apartment although we didn't use it. Fridge in the room was good to keep cold drinks in the July heat. Would recommend taking the train from Naples airport from Garibaldi train station. It cost 4 Euros each and took 70 minutes, then a 5 minute walk from the train station to the apartment. Easy journey and much cheaper than other options

Air conditioning was adequate but not great so quite warm during the night (we did go in July), would've preferred to be slightly closer to the centre but not a major problem as wasn't far.

Great location. Great one bedroom apartment, very clean with a large double bed, we're Canadian so it's a queen size by north american standards. It also has 2 single beds in the main living area. Large kitchen/living room with dining table. The living room area and the 2 single beds, but no sofa. No problem for us, we were happy to lounge in the beds and sit at the table. Can't honestly remember the last time I sat on a hotel room sofa. Unit has a balcony overlooking the street which was nice. With a couple of chairs and a clothes drying rack. A bit noisy, but still fine. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, including a small convenience store with cheap beer, water, snacks. The staff are not on-site to walk up and talk to, but are nearby and very attentive via text message/WhatsApp. I would stay again and highly recommend.

My only issue was this is an apartment building not a hotel, which is fine, we expected that. But there are zero signs facing the street, that we could see. Probably not allowed by the building bylaws. Oddly enough the only sign that says symphony house is on the apartment door inside the building. Prepare for that. With that said, the staff were very attentive when I messaged I couldn't find the location. I sent a Google maps pin of our location and they came down and met us on the street. Make sure you have a phone with a data plan and a WhatsApp account. Download the google translate app with the Italian profile too.

Really convenient location close to the train station, supermarkets, restaurants and shops as well as being easy walking distance to the ferries and beaches. The room looked recently renovated, was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The room was cleaned daily. Our host Giuseppe was great, meeting us to check in and organised bookings which we really appreciated.

We could hear talking in the evenings from the woman living next door, which was only an issue when putting our daughter to bed, but otherwise didn’t bother us.

It had a working lift to the third floor! The host met us and gave us excellent instructions and assistance all throughout the stay. The place is clean and efficient. I especially loved that there was daily room service with fresh towels! It was a great location for the train station and downtown Sorrento and the ferries. I could not have been happier with the place.

The walls are a bit thin but it was not disruptive.

The outstanding feature of the place is its location. 300 meters from the train station, a short walk from the central square and the port. The property was recently renovated so everything is pretty new. Lots of extras - a completely appointed kitchen from dishes, coffee maker, all the necessary utensils, and a lot of thoughtful extras. A beautiful porch where we ate dinner in the evening. The staff, Giuseppe, Lisa, and Ilaria, were so helpful, polite, friendly, and provided helpful suggestions that made the stay even more pleasant.

The apartment is on the main street in Sorrento so it is not quiet. If you are sensitive to noise, this might not be an ideal choice. There were a number of suggestions that we made to the management (e.g. reading lights, extra pillows, etc.), which they seemed open to accept and try to implement.

This used to be one large apartment - now divided into 4 separate accommodations. Looks like it was recently renovated - clean and bright. There is a common foyer with a shared microwave. It is on the third floor of a well maintained building. There are stairs or a small lift. Good location on main street in Sorrento. 7 min walk from train station. 12 min walk to main square - Piazza Tasso and all the touristy restaurants and shops. But good to be a little distance from the crowds and noise. Great gelato place directly across the road. A bit of road noise at night but there are double-glazed doors onto the balcony. We had a one bedroom place with a living area/kitchen. The kitchen had a large fridge and freezer, stove top and oven and coffee maker. Nice new bathroom with shower. Aircon and TV's in the living area and also in the bedroom. Aircon was very effective - quite new also. A cleaner also visits daily but you can tell her if you don't need a clean.

No major issues. No kettle or toaster. We were told to use the coffee maker for hot water - which is ok for coffee but not tea. So boiled water in saucepan instead. There is also a washing machine listed in booking.com details but we could not use this ourselves. The cleaner had to do our washing for us. Would have preferred to do this myself.

We did well choosing SYMPHONY HOUSE for a short stay (3 nights) on the Amalfi Coast. The room was perfect for our family of three (2 adults and one 11yo boy). The bathroom had a large shower with good water pressure, thing that I really appreciate. The apartment was very clean, perfectly located on the Corso Italia street (main street of Sorrento), just a short walk from Piazza Tasso. Friendly host also!

We have no complaints 😊

Check -in was easy. Giuseppe kept constantly in touch and was waiting on the sidewalk to guide us to our room. Very clean. Modern. Lift to the room. coffee machine & kettle in the room. Location was good. Close to the station, bus stop and supermarket. Reasonably prices restaurants close by, our favourite was La Cantinaccia del Popolo

Nothing really. everything was perfect. The town centre and marina were a bit of a walk away, but not too far.

Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The communication with the accommodation team was effortless, and they went above and beyond by accommodating our request for an early check-in and allowing us to leave our package with them. The property was impeccably clean, easily accessible, and boasted a superb location. This made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. We were thoroughly impressed with the overall experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future. Highly recommended!
