We were greeted by Jacopo who was very polite, pleasant and thorough. He explained everything about the room and gave us information and a map about the surroundings with recommendations. The room was extremely well presented and clean. Felt very new and fresh. It had also been thought out very well- there is very good security, and the lights and sound system to the shower worked very well. Teresa made a WhatsApp group so that herself and Jacopo were available to answer any questions- they were very quick to answer when we did ask anything. We were given vouchers to a bar around 5 minute walk down the road for breakfast. This was always busy and the pastries were delicious.

Great location! The room was super clean and positioned within walking distance to the shops, the old center and Grand Marina where we experienced some of the best seafood ever. Our host was super helpful and walked us to our taxi upon departure. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The ad I saw online made me feel like this was a single structure B&B. It is actually 4 or 5 rooms in part of a (modern, well kept) apartment building. While this was a bit of a surprise upon arrival, it turned out to be quite nice and we felt like we were part of the Sorrento culture.

Our Sorrento accommodation was amazing! Really high quality amenities and 5 minutes walk to the central street / square. Jacopo came to find us when we got a little lost finding the place and was so lovely, talking us the whole way to the accommodation. He was a great host and explained the apartment well and also made a map of great local suggestions. We really value his input, he really made our stay. Thank you!!

We had a comfortable stay for the whole week! The room was squeaky clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Location is fantastic, central enough to go pretty much anywhere!

Wi-Fi didn't work some of the time or was weak but this didn't impact our stay too much. We still managed to use our phones.

Everything was perfect. The room and facilities are all new and comfortable. Free toiletries everyday. There's an electric kettle, with free coffee and teas, and a mini fridge with complimentary water bottle. The staff was great, Jacopo is really nice, he wait for us in the main street, explain everything and also had a very pleasant talk. Teresa organized for us a Capri tour on boat, which we recommend. The location is perfect, near the train station and 3 blocks from the center.

One suggestion - a map or full directions would help to find initially - the road is easy to miss as in Italy (in general) street names/signs are infrequent. But a 9-10/10 property and very nice staff.

We had an amazing stay at Maison Marienne. A big thanks to Teresa and Jacopo, who helped us with any questions, gave us recommendations, organised a tour of Capri for us, and made our stay very pleasant and stress-free. The room itself was super clean and modern and very nicely decorated. The location is just a short 10 minute walk away from the main attractions and coastline so it was perfect for us.

i liked everything especially the location which is walking distance from the center and all the attractions. very clean and comfortable space.

i didn't like that there was no ironing machine and it was a hassle for the host to provide one after insisting. they gave it to me for one day..this is an essential item when you are traveling in my opinion. also the breakfast can be improved a lot.

All was great. Teresa and Jacobo were super! :) They deserve to be classified above given options. Apartment was perfect and nicely decorated, smart tv was also a plus. We had everything we needed.

All was perfect. I would have prefered to be just a tiny bit closer to main interesting places like beach, restaurants, cafés, shops, train station. But the apartment is close enough. Less than 10 min- walk.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The balcony was a perfect addition to the room. Location was quiet and cozy but still close enough to the main attractions. We would definitely stay here again!
