Breakfast was good and the location was a short walk away from the main town center. This means that the location was away from car noises. The owner was also really friendly and helpful, and came to pick us up by car from the train station and dropped us on the day we left. It was a big help for us considering the walk and our luggage.

We usually like to sleep with our windows open. However, there are quite a few animals near the location. On the first night, we got woken up by barking dogs a few times and the local rooster early in the morning. We ended up closing our windows to block most of the noise. It's unfortunately out of the owners control, but something to be aware of when booking.

The room was lovely and spacious with an excellent bathroom and a quick walk to the centre of the town, supermarket and restaurants. It was clean, staff were lovely and the garden and breakfast were a lovely bonus!

The property is on a bit of an incline which did prove sometimes arduous in the heat. The host is keen to offer you a pick up or drop off, but it might be difficult for those who are mobility impaired to come and go. However, it didn’t really impact my stay and the location and surroundings are beyond beautiful.

This was perfect for what we were looking for! Our main trip was to Rome but we wanted a couple of nights in Sorrento so we could see the coast. The owner is so so friendly. He collected us from the train station and dropped us back and was there for absolutely anything we needed. 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay in Sorrento but maybe looking for a slightly quieter location at night.

The lane up to the property is narrow and steep. We were okay with it but it may not suit someone who isn’t steady on their feet or struggles walking hills.

Lovely quiet location away from the hustle of the town. Only 10 mins walk to bus and train station. Amazing hosts who collected us from the station FOC. The room was spotlessly clean. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and a breakfast bag was made up for us on one morning we had booked to leave earlier for a day trip.

it’s not a dislike as such, but a kettle with teabags and coffee in the room would have been nice. Although the main kitchen was always available to use to make drinks.

The room was clean and comfortable. Our host was really kind and took us to the ferry and to the train station.

Wasn't really suitable for us as the walk back from the town was quite a steep incline which due to health reasons we both found difficult and no taxi could take us up as the road was too narrow. There were also dogs barking and howling across the garden at 4am and continued for a good hour or more. The 2nd night wasn't so bad as they started at 6am .

We have been travelling around Europe for the past month and this is hands down the best place we have stayed. The service along with the incredible location was a true highlight. We have stayed in 5 star accommodation before but nothing has even come close to the level of expertise and care both the owners showed for their guests. They went above and beyond by providing us recommendations of where to eat/swim and they have mastered the ability to be there when needed but not be too overbearing. The breakfast included in the stay is also fantastic! Trust us when we say you won’t regret booking a stay at the Sorrento Experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice, clean, spacious bedroom and bathroom with air conditioning, fast wifi, mini fridge and a smart TV. Good breakfast provided every morning. Nice outdoor seating area. Great location, only 10min walk to Sorrento town centre and train station. Lovely hosts who were very helpful - picked us up from train station and gave us tips about Sorrento town and the Marina Grande beach, let us borrow extra towels for swimming.

This was a nice room in a beautiful location. Easy walking distance to downtown. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. It was nice to have a table and chairs. We enjoyed the daily breakfast. The host was kind enough to drive us to the port on the last day for our ferry to Naples. We would stay here again and recommend this place to others.

The only negative thing was the neighbor's barking dog. Bring earplugs. Otherwise, the area was quiet

This place had the best staff. Nothing was too much for Guy & his sister. They pick you up from the station & will drop you back too. The buffet breakfast was very good, so much variety. My room was cleaned everyday (9 days). The location is about a 7 min walk to the main street , but also close to supermarkets & place to eat. Definitely recommend to stay here!!

The room is spacious, clean, has air conditioning and with a clean bathroom. There are some tables in the garden, besides the lemon trees where you can enjoy your meals there. Gaetano offered free rides to and from the train station. He is a friendly and very accommodating host. He also showed us his farm which has lemon, orange, avocado trees 😊. The alley leads to the place can pass a car, it is not too narrow as I have expected.
