Central. However station for Sulmona quite a walk from town. I noticed a little bus, so perhaps now this meets the trains… However Roberto and Leonardo who run the hotel helped me enormously by collecting me from the station after I had been out with friends and dropping me off to catch the train to Rome. It is a delightful family hotel where nothing is too much trouble. I enjoyed talking with la mama too. Room was spacious and well appointed and a good breakfast served.

Location: right in the middle of Sulmona, with lots of restaurants and bars just a couple of streets away. Parking is in the public car park under the main square, but it's 5 mins away and actually very convenient not to have to drive into the narrow streets of the old centre. Room was a decent size with everything you'd need (the fridge was v useful and the free bottles of water replenished every day were much appreciated!) and the bed was comfortable. Everything was kept very clean and it was all well looked after - fairly 'no frills', but great value. Lots of great options for breakfast, including savoury options, and always some freshly baked croissant/pastries and fruit. Staff were lovely - very helpful and accommodating.

The only tiny thing is that the water pressure and temperature in the shower seemed to go up and down of its own accord - but I've often found that in Italian hotels, so that might be an Italy thing! Really not an issue unless a super powerful shower is really important to you...

The room was fantastic..huge and very modern. We luckily had a loverly balcony.The location is in the heart of the ‘old town’ of beautiful Sulmona. Breakfast was served personally every morning by the hotel owners who really cared about the enjoyment of their guests.

Attractive and immaculate lobby and dining room. Extremely comfortable bedding and bathrooms. Delicious breakfast. Owners Giuseppe and Roberto will treat you like royalty and are very knowledgeable about the local area. Location is exceptional. Easy walk to covered parking. Highly recommend for business or leisure.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Central location and easy parking and check in. Helpful and friendly staff. Simply furnished room. Good breakfast. Only stayed one night so few other comments.

Bin in bathroom needed emptying. Very noisy when other guests arrived back at 1.30 am talking in the corridor.

Great hosts, so helpful and a beautiful albergo. Central location with free parking a short walk away. (Don't drive into the restricted center). Busy bustling town, especially on Saturday market day. Great food and bars.

We loved the location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The owners were very helpful and kind. The town of Sulmona delighted us, and the food was fabulous.

I love a family run hotel. this it is a beauty. divine room the best Italian taste. loved the Mama Domenica keeping an eye on her two gorgeous boys running the place beautifully.

Everything was great! The checking was simple and easy. The room size was amazing and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also amazing as they had salty breakfast as well :) Location is in the center and parking is near by the hotel. Hosts are great :)
