We were warmly welcomed by Elisa and Luigi, the owner. With everything, they were very helpful...be it explaining where to park, where to eat, or which locations are the nicest. The Akropolis is in the center of Taormina but totally silent as most tourists stay on the main road. There is a lovely garden opposite and from the balcony we could see the ocean. As the Akropolis only has two rooms, it is all very familiar. The breakfast was within the B&B and prepared with love by Elisa. She even took care of extra wishes. Thank you for a lovely stay

Location is just great. On a very quiet street just 50 meters from the main busy street in the old town. Great view from the terrace/window, the room size is enough. The public parking couldn't be closer. The hosts are so polite and helpful, they are working with great passion and will assist you with any infromation you may need about your trip in Sicily. The breakfast was fabolous. We stayed for 4 days and I am sure the next time will spend at least a week there :) I strongly recommend B&B AKROPOLIS

OB&B Akropolis was one of a kind experience on our Taormina trip. Luiggi & Lisa are extremely friendly and helpful and put a lot of love and detail in everything they do. They even prepared fresh and super delicious breakfast for us although we had to check out very early in the morning. That was really kind and made our day. Our room was extremely clean, comfortable and quiet - just what we needed after a very exhaustive day of sightseeing. The bathroom is spacious, the room is beautifully furnished and well eqquipped with everyrhing you need even for a longer stay plus a view of Etna from the window. The location is perfect, in a walking distance from all sights and restaurants and the city parking. This place is a must if you are going to Taormina!

You really could not have done more for us to make us feel more welcome and comfortable, from waking up very early to make our breakfast on our last day before the airport, to ironing our clothes and giving us amazing recommendations on what to see and what food to try and where. The room was perfect with the comfiest bed, the room had everything we needed and was spotless each day. We learnt a lot during our stay about the history of Sicily and when we return, we would not want to stay in any other accommodation, the location could not have been better too, right in the centre but also very quiet. Staying at B&B Acropolis was one of the best experiences I had in Sicily and whole Italy. Elisa and Luigi were very friendly and provided a lot of tips of what to see in Taormina and surroundings. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and spacious and the place is very conveniently located in the center of the town. I recommend the stay at B&B Acropolis and will book again when I am back to Taormina some day.

Really convenient for the town, path to Isola Bella and Teatro Greco. Despite being in the centre of Taormina, it was actually reasonably quiet. We could see Etna clearly from our bedroom window on the second floor. Luigi and his wife are very eager to help you with local knowledge. There is a selection of cheeses, meats, fruit, bread and drinks for breakfast. Storage options are very good.

The municipal car park for bringing luggage from and to. The bathroom is a very practical use of space but I'm not sure about the combined toilet and bidet. It's the second time we've had one, it's a sensible use of space.... but? I often used our (separate) one at home for bathing my feet; I don't feel like swishing them in the loo. Carrying a suitcase up two flights of a circular staircase. Having said that, the B&B is a clever use of space.

We loved the location, breakfast, and friendly hosts. Luigi and Elisa were so welcoming and informative. Our breakfast was terrific and carefully prepared fresh each morning. I especially loved the tomato salad with Sicilian ingredients from all over the island.

I had a wonderful stay. My hosts were very warm and charming. The locale is on a quiet side street but just a very short walk from great restaurants and the center of town. I'll gladly recommend this B&B to friends.

If you're flying overnight and arriving early you won't be able to check in until 3PM.

This little bed and breakfast is lovingly managed by a couple who care about the place. The location is perfect - a few minutes away from the parking lot outside Porta Catania and there are no stairs along the way. The room is pleasant and not cramped, and everything works. The balcony overlooks a garden and this adds a nice touch to the place. Breakfast was surprisingly good for the rate we paid, and it included some fresh items. When we return to Taormina, and we regularly do, we would not hesitate to stay here again.
