When we book a room with a balcony and lake view, we will always worry if the hotel will be able to fulfill your expectations. We got a wonderfull room with balcony and a spendid lake and harbour view. Could not wish anything better in Torri del Benaco. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. And we loved having our breakfast on the 2nd floor terrasse, overviewing the harbour and the lake. We loved every minute of our 12 nights stay. And the whole staff - reception, housekeeping and waiters - was wonderfull, with a "no problem" attitude.

There was nothing that we did not like. We loved it all. The only thing we were missing on the breakfast buffet was freshly baked baguettes. But if we find it too hard to miss freshly baked baguettes, on our next stay at the hotel, we can easily fetch them ourselves at the nearby bakery/alimentares

The location was great, plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops around along with the daily ferry that takes you to other places on the Lake. The market every Monday was a nice surprise as well! The breakfast on the balcony was a beautiful start to the day, and the cocktails from the bar were gorgeous! The view whilst having a drink and watching the sunset over the lake is a memory that'll stick with me for a long time!

Nothing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was lovely and the room was gorgeous (the shower was incredible as well!) I would stay here again if we ever come back to the lake!

What’s not to like! Location is fantastic. With everything you need in walking distance. Personally I like to hire a car so I drove that from the airport and the drive is stunning. There is free, secure parking available across the road from the hotel. It’s very rare that you find a hotel which takes all of the boxes, this is one of them. No leaky shower, a super comfortable bed, blackout, blinds, working Aircon, no excessive noise, and really helpful friendly staff.

Look, I think this is a fantastic hotel, the only criticism I would have is that I found breakfast to be quiet basic, however, there is nothing stopping you from finding a local coffee shop and having breakfast there. 

We stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon and were welcomed with a bottle of champagne in our room which was a lovely touch. The room was superb with a beautiful view from the balcony. It was also very spacious and the en-suite was excellent. The morning breakfast was top class as was the lady overseeing the service. All the staff were very helpful. The location of the hotel is outstanding. We are definitely coming back.

Fantastic location and very clean. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The staff we met spoke good English. The breakfast was lovely as was the coffee. We had a bottle of bubbles when the staff learnt the trio was part of our honeymoon, which was so lovely. Great to have the market outside of the hotel on Monday morning.

There was not a restaurant open for evening food, that said it did not ruin our stay as there are lots on the lake. The scrambled egg and bacon was not the best, but pleasant to see if on offer. No coffee / tea facilities in the room.

Wonderful location, fabulous friendly and welcoming staff at hotel and bar. Particularly Doreen on reception and the Attilio in the bar. The town Torri Del Benaco was also very pretty with a short walk to a small little pebble beach.

Such a beautiful location at the heart of a picture perfect harbour. It was great having free easy parking included and the instructions on how to access it were very clear and sent well in advance. The bed was a super king and super comfortable and the breakfast on the lovely balcony was simply lovely. We just couldn’t believe how wonderful the view from our attic room was. All the staff were really friendly and efficient. It is just a lovely place to stay in a perfect little town.

Some rooms in the older part of the building can only be accessed by stairs. Worse case scenario it is about 30 stairs which some may find too much but it was worth it for the view!

This was an absolutely beautiful location. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had excellent A/C. Shower was larger than other places we had stayed in Italy which was great. Breakfast had a nice variety of options, was delicious, and the terrace was lovely to start your day. The location could not have been more perfect; it was right on the water. Staff was super friendly, spoke English, and stored our bags on the final day while we were sightseeing after check-out. We just wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Great location, attentive, friendly staff, very good breakfast served in the restaurant on the first floor with plenty of tables on the balcony facing the Castle (breakfast with a view!). I was in a room with side and front views of the lake - really gorgeous. They have a cafe with a terrace to sit and enjoy hours of watching people go by.

If you are an early sleeper, it might bother that the major events happen on the square in front of the hotel. They finish at around midnight. After that is absolute silence.

Great hotel! All the staff were exceptionally helpful. We had a late arrival at 12:30am but had zero hassle checking in, finding the parking, etc. The room was beautiful and looked out over the castle and the lake. Breakfast was great too with a lovely selection of foods to choose from. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone! It was my birthday during the stay and they even left a chilled bottle of champagne in the room as a celebration.
