It was our first time visiting Lake Garda and we loved it. Hotel Del Porto was in a great and stunning location on the lake. The hotel staff were amazing, there wasn't anything they couldn't do for us. The receptionists, the waiters, and the cleaning staff, ALL of them were amazing and made our stay even better. I celebrated my birthday whilst we were there, after seeing some birthday cards in our room the cleaner had notified reception who then put a bottle of prosecco in our room for when we returned that day - it was a lovely gesture. We also had to leave early on our final morning so would have missed breakfast but the team made sure we didn't go without out and packed us up with some breakfast to go. The breakfast was AMAZING, I had something different off the menu every day - so much choice and all delicious. Thank you to all the staff at Hotel Del Porto - you made our stay for my birthday so lovely. We will be recommending and hopefully be back ourselves one day,

We had a lake view which was beautiful but was quite hot in the evenings as we went in late June - having a shade on the balcony might have helped. Though I am sure if we had asked for this whilst we were there they would have provided it.

The hotel was immaculate and the staff were friendly, attentive, caring, smart, and they never stopped moving I was so impressed with their care for the guests and the hotel. A special thank you to Francesca, Giulia, and Giuditta they were some of the most caring and hard working folks I have ever met. We were so lucky to be able to see them each day, by day two they knew our coffee order and readily took care of us each day. I would highly recommend this hotel and the town of Torri Del Benaco, such a gem of a city.

Everything was fine.

I didn't like the bathroom because it was for people with disabilities (we are not disabled), maybe at the reception they should ask us first if it bothers us if they give us a room with a bathroom for people with disabilities, and the noise that can be heard from the window in the bathroom, everything else was ok.

Perfect holiday hotel. Right on the Lake lots of tables by the water. Good restaurant. Mario, the head waiter is great. Lovely staff. Fresh and clean rooms with lake views.Private parking in underground carpark - Jésus takes you to the carpark in a golf buggy to and from the hotel.

We loved Hotel Del Porto and we would definitely stay here again- so these comments are meant to be constructive criticism! We stayed in an attic room. Beautiful wooden beams but also a very low iron girder that we had to avoid hitting our heads on! No blinds on Velux windows - you are woken up at dawn by the light. Modern bathroom but we had to run the hot taps for 10 minutes before any hot water came through. Glass shower door opens and bangs onto loo. shower tray VERY slippery!

This is the second time we have stayed at Hotel del Porto and it didn’t disappoint. The room was comfortable with a superb view from our balcony. We have previously stayed for our 20th and now our 25th wedding anniversary - it wouldn’t surprise us if we came back again for our 30th!

Nothing - we loved every minute. Torri del Benaco hasn’t been taken over by tourism as over places have on Lake Garda; we liked the friendly atmosphere of a small town with the added bonus of live music in the evening.

A beautiful hotel right in the center of Torri with outdoor seating areas, chaise lounges on the cafe roof, our own patio, great air conditioning, quality linens and good-sized shower. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

In order to get internet access, we had to sign in and agree to share our information before connecting. To opt out, you had to go to the front desk and get access another way. There should be am option to decline.

Julia, the receptionist, acted very professionally and proactively solving the problems that we presented. We requested to change the room as the first one was not adequate for us and she was diligent in finding an alternative. Excellent breakfast! In our opinion, the servings were too generous... really... also too caloric! Anyway, everything seemed to have been done fresh and the waitresses were very kind, diligent and respectful, providing good advice regarding the menu and adapting to our special requirements. The service was fast. Room service was also fast and the cleaning was done perfectly.

It is a 4-star hotel and it is expected to meet some comfort standards. The initial room that was given to us was located in an attic on a second floor without a lift, better suited for hosting kids (not too tall tough). Nevertheless, the room was neat and clean, modern and in good condition (the minibar was malfunctioning, but the receptionist proposed its replacement). The second room, although more adequate for us was lacking a chair to use at the desk (we didn't ask for it during our stay) and only have an old-tired single-seat sofa. Regarding the breakfast, personally, we would like to have coffee more readily available (note that every time we asked for a replenishment it was served diligently, with no complaints). It is just a matter of personal taste.

What a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location! We had a gorgeous view of the lake from the balcony in our room. The property is very attractive, and the service was excellent. We absolutely loved Torri del Benaco and Lake Garda and wished we could stay longer.

The mattress was a little hard and the AC didn’t cool the room much.

My brother and I booked this hotel for my parents joint surprise trip, and they had the most amazing time. The staff were so helpful in the run up to the trip, and very accommodating in making the trip extra special. They said the breakfast (with gluten free options) was fantastic, as was the evening meal they had at the hotel restaurant. They’re already planning their return!

the location is perfect. the hotel is very nice. the staff are friendly and so helpful. the breakfast is very good. they have a golf car to take you from/to the parking.

the hotel is a little hard to find. my only concern is the beds and pillows. they're extremely uncomfortable.
