Very enjoyable stay. The room was spacious with a hob and microwave, aircon, a tv and a large outdoor terrace. It was very quiet and I wasn't disturbed by noise from other rooms which meant I slept well. There was a fridge with water in the room and some small croissants and crispbreads. There were enough plug sockets including 2 right next to the bed. Wifi was good and I made video calls without a problem. The location is only about 800m from the port and the main streets in the historic centre with lots of restaurants. The shower was easy to work and I always had hot water when needed (not the case in some places). I hope to return to the same part of Sicily and I will stay here again.

Perhaps a "do not disturb" sign for the door as I didn't need cleaning every day.

Breakfast was a little sparse but I do not complain. I was happy to be situated infront of the train station which is being refurbished and looks exactly like it was in 1880 when it was built. It is so nice to have coffee in the yard/garden while the trains arrive and passengers disembark and go their separate ways.

I think that the facade of the palazzo should be decorated and painted including the main door which looks dilapidated.

Very good location for getting to historic center, restaurants, coffee shops, the sea, markets, and large pay parking lot close enough to walk to, pay parking on the street if available. Nice and secure courtyard that you come into before going to apartment.

There was nothing.

We arrived late at night and were greeted by the owner and showed up to our room. All staff were so lovely and friendly including the cleaner, we had a late flight out and were allowed in our room till later. The room was a very good size with everything you could need to cook and be comfortable. The building is stunning and close to everything you need.

Nice/helpful/available staff at all! Everything started with a positive impression when the owner accepted without any restriction to make the check in 4 hours before the agreed time. This was very interesting for us, because we were very tired after the plane trip to Trapani. The team exceed my expectations again making available 4 liters of natural water and additional light food like croissants and toasts every day without any request from our side and totally free of charge! The garbage has been removed every day (even on Sunday) as well as the cleaning service of the apartment and towels replacement! Perfect location to get the boat tours and visit downtown. We had a really pleasant stay! Benefit/Cost ratio very attractive. I would stay there again without any doubt.

Difficulty to find a parking place for the car we rented. However, after knowing/discovering a little bit more in detail the places around the appartment, I successfully found parking places and the car has been returned safe and sound to the car rental agency. Everything fine!

as soon as you open the main door, you walk into a lovely courtyard with seating and plants. on first impressions, the room looks basic but it has everything you need and more. Fantastic air con, a full working mini kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, stove, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans, kettle and a stove top espresso maker. There was water and milk, tea, coffee grounds and some croissants, crackers and jam provided in the room. fantastic Wi-Fi. The best thing were the three dachshunds. I love dogs but if you don’t, it’s ok because the owner will keep them away. The coach stop to Palermo, airport etc is around the corner.

Everything was good.

Great location, was very central in getting around Trapani. Lovely host and staff. I slept really well, the bed was really comfortable. Oh and the 3 daschunds were adorable

Nothing to dislike

Centrally located, with adjacent bus stops to everywhere (Erice; Palermo Airport), walking distance to the harbor ferry to Favignana as well as the historical town, Palazzo Serraino is an ancestral home turned hotel run by its family. The owners (and their friendly dogs) are most welcoming, responsive and very helpful. Our quiet large room and modern bathroom was immaculate and well appointed w kitchenette and excellent wifi.

The location was ideal, right next to the train station and 10mins from the Old Town and seafronts. the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Nothing really.

I made a late reservation and the landlord was so much helpful and made me fell like home. Thank you so much for the hospitality, I really recommend his place and if I’m back one day, I would stay there again :)
