Booking Secret B&B was a last minute decision but I am so happy I did. It was close to the seaside, close to the port (bus,ferry), close to the city center. We walked through the narrow streets and were greeted by the nicest staff. It was our last night in Trapani and we knew we had to leave before breakfast and the receptionist was kind enough to prepare breakfast for us the night before. Rooms very clean and cozy. I slept like a baby. Bathroom was clean and modern. Everything looked new but it also had a magical atmosphere. I was told the steps are original from 18th century. I highly recommend this place. There is also an elevator for luggage :)

Architecture of this traditional building had been beautifully restored. Bedroom was cosy and very comfortable. Lovely views on the rooftop terrace where you could relax. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and plenty of food options including cooked scrambled eggs/omelette, toast, pastries/croissants, fruit, cereal and yoghurt. Fantastic location, the historic centre right around the corner, less than 5 minute walk to the port to get a ferry to the island of Faviganna, 10 minute drive to the cable car to Erice. Lornie, the owner and her staff were very friendly, welcoming and very helpful in giving instructions and tips in getting out and around Trapani and beyond.

The staff were wonderful. Helpful, pleasant really very kind. I would return just for them. Very good breakfast. They are helpful with recommendations. The bed was comfortable. Extremely clean. When Booking dropped the ball on messages they were lovely following up and contacting us which we really appreciated. They did give us a special treat for our anniversary which was very thoughtful and kind. The staff was the best part of the whole stay!

Booking lists the property as having parking, which it does not. There is paid public parking that requires you go out and feed the meter periodically so that is probably a booking glitch. I think the only thing that we wished were in the room were a chair, so my husband went downstairs to read as they have a nice dining area which also has a couch.

Lori gave us such a warm and friendly welcome, we immediately felt at home after winding down small alleys to the front door. Some of us loved the beautiful stone stairs, while one of us was relieved there was an elevator. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and spotless, and made for a very comfortable stay in lovely Tripani. Having a hot breakfast was a nice change, and we were also provided with all the information we could need (including good parking tips). Located a short walk from the old centre, with plenty of restaurants etc. nearby.

Nothing not to like here! (Other than instant coffee being served with the Americano - go for an Italian coffee instead!)

The location is great - a short walk from the train station, bus stop and port. Located in a quiet street in the old town. It was a little difficult to find the first time because our google map got confused in the very narrow streets. But maybe we ourselves are confused :). We received directions from the hotel on how to find it more easily. The room was exceptionally clean. The room is small, but you only need it for sleeping. I liked the old-fashioned charm in the interior of the hotel. There was free water in the fridge. Bed linen and towels were snow white clean. For breakfast, we could order an omelette or fried eggs, choose various coffees, delicious cakes and croissants, fruit, yogurt. Breakfast satisfied us completely. The star of the hotel is the smiling staff. We got all the information we asked for. There are nice places to eat nearby. We especially liked CANTINA SICILIANA. We can't say anything about parking, because we traveled by public transport - trains and buses, which turned out to be very convenient. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Very narrow and steep stairs, but that was no problem for us.

The distance from the city center is a short walk. The owners are very helpful and friendly and definitely a large reason the our grade. The room was cleab and comfortable and we especially liked the old staircase with beautiful lighting.

There are only a few quirks that we didn't like. The toilet seat was not properly attached. Also, when turning on the light in the toilet the light also turns on in the small hallway. This makes it inconvenient if your partner needs to get up at night.

Everything was great about this super cute BnB. The hosts were amazing and the room was very nice too - also a very comfortable bed! Very good choice for breakfast and just a few minutes away from the port of Trapani- which is where you need to catch all your buses and ferries.

Just a minor things- the rooms are not super sound proof, you can hear the other guests walking in the BandB, but no one bothered us too much in our stay. For us it wasn't a problem, but the stairs were a bit steep - would not recommend for elder couples, but for younger couples it is just fine

Lory was very welcoming and extremely helpful, as were the other staff. We loved that there was an elevator for the luggage. The rooms were well appointed, beds and pillows very comfortable. Air con worked well. Breakfast was the best we’d had in Sicily. Well located to the harbour for the ferries (5min walk) and the beautiful and vibrant shopping and restaurant areas. Parking was nearby the B&B. The building has been renovated really well. Our stay exceeded our expectations.

Lory was extremely warm and hospitable, ensuring every aspect of our visit was positive. The B&B is beautifully done!

I should have paid better attention to the step situation - not everyone in our party was comfortable with all of the steps so visitors considering Secret B&B should ensure they’re comfortable with the steps on the interior of the property. Trapani in general was my least favorite city in Sicily, but I’m glad I was able to experience it and encourage others to do so as well.

The hostess was very kind and helpful. You could see that she is very engaged and wants her guests feel like at home. The breakfast was very good - both sweet and salty (it is not so obvious in Italy) - we could ask for scrambled eggs, ham, fresh orange juice and great coffee. The location was perfect too, close to the port, restaurants and shops.

It was not a problem for us but you have problems climbing stairs or health issues with that that might be a bit problematic - steep stairs and the lift is not regularly available but the building is very old itself so it could not be better organised.
