The staff are so kind and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful and the restaurant food is great. The car parking is spacious though it was almost full most of the time but there had always been space.

The Wi-Fi is available if you have registered WhatsApp otherwise you will never get Wi-Fi coverage. The bath size is really small and the bathroom layout could be critical for some guests at least in the room which I got. The boat that leaves from the hotel to Isola Bella is fairly costly and there is no commentary along the journey.

Fantastic location with views across the lake from our room, with a balcony over the lake and second over the pool. Room and hotel were modern, clean, classy but had character. Staff very helpful and friendly. Dinner and wine in restaurant were excellent quality (fine dining) at surprisingly reasonable prices, lots of lovely little touches like extra tasting courses and mini desserts. Loved the sunset boat tour put on by the hotel around the castle ruins in the lake for only €10 per person.

Weather was too cold for us to use the pool but looked great with the jacuzzi beds, would like to come back in season to try them. One challenge was trying to get a taxi into Vabena the reception tried 4 companies could not get one. We ate at a restaurant down the street so all ended well.

Cannero is a lovely location, a peaceful and characterful little lakeside town. The hotel is in lovely grounds right on the lakefront, and has a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The hotel restaurant is excellent, and there is a choice of other good-quality places to eat in the town. Hotel breakfasts are excellent.

Minor initial problems over soap dispensers and wi-fi access, but these were quickly sorted out.

Amazing hotel, right on the lake and the main promenade. the staff is lovely and very accommodating. The bartender Andrea is amazing and very friendly as well as his older colleague (forgot his name :(). The location is perfect with a view on the lake and private parking with electric car charging point on spot. We also used their Spa facilities which can be booked at reception for private use (the whole spa it was reserved for my boyfriend and me only). Breakfast offers high quality food and drink options and you can even make a fresh smoothie. Dinner at the hotel was beyond all expectations, everything served is super fresh and they offer a great wine selection as well. the room was spotless clean, spacious and great Wifi.

Staff were courteous professional and very happy to help. The Hotel has been refurbished recently and everything is immaculate. Location is superb, breakfasts every day were excellent and on the one occasion when we had dinner in the evening the food was also very good.

Not to do with the Hotel at all - but the nearby boat terminal is quite limited in its timetable and sailings to other venues on the Lake.

Breakfast was very good but on the morning when they served Salmon, it wasn't replaced once finished. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. Towels were changed everyday (which isn't really necessary) Enough parking and hotel located on the promenade.

Unfortunately we didn't really enjoy our dinner at the hotel. (Tasteless)

The property was beautiful, it’s in a very quiet location and the views across the lake are stunning.

We had a junior suite which normally gives you a nice seating area, there were two chairs in the bedroom but not comfy chairs to sit on for any length of time. The reception area was also lovely with some seating but not really comfy seating.

Excellent all round. .. this hotel is perfectly located by the lakeside with beautiful views across the lake from the restaurant and terrace. Rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is buffet style and the range and quality is again really excellent. Staff and service also top notch.

There really is nothing negative to say.

Great location by the lake. We really enjoyed the opportunity to go for a morning/evening swim. Also the pool area is nice. Good selection for breakfast. The village itself is beautiful and not as crowded as many others.

The ferry connections to other villages are not that many. Good destination when travelling with your own car (or by bus, I assume).

This hotel was very cozy and nice. Very good place - small town in the mountains, near the lake, comfortable parking, nice breakfast with fresh juice. Room was amazing with the lake view, all the hotel with good take design, I could recommend this hotel for sure! :))

In hotel room number there could be tea or coffee "corner" - we don't have that on our room, but it was only small thing :)
