It was amazing! The room was gorgeous, really spacious. The pools were both clean and a joy to swim in. The staff were incredible! Best service we have ever received.

There wasn’t a great deal of choice in Brissago for other restaurants. The hotel restaurant was exceptional but pricey. There was a great pizzeria next door but they were the only two we could find.

Breakfast and Dinner were great. Dinner was a bit expensive but delicious. Breakfast was delicious and one can order to the room. Fantastic to eat with lake view.

The room was not very nice to the eye. Old uncomfortable sofa. Bad lighting and alcohol free mini bar. No AC but ceiling fan instead. Not bad but not amazing as well. Not a place you want to spend much time. Balcony very large and beautiful views.

A little bit of a hidden gem, a smallish hotel which we enjoyed. What we appreciated especially is the large size room with a large size balcony, comfortable for 3 people too. We enjoyed lounging in the sun by the pool, and were happy to discover that there was an indoor pool for when it rained. The hotel also has its own swimming platform on the lake. There is currently no breakfast buffet but I loved the way they have solved this by offering a number of breakfast menus each including bread basket, fruit or smoothie, fried/scrambled/boiled egg etc, cold cuts or pancake… once it was all on the table it looked as if you had been to a buffet. Everyone was very friendly.

My apartament view a breathtaking view of Maggiore Lake was big enough and the breakfast was fancy!

Sofa for the kids wasn't so comfortable and the hair dryer was dirty and full of hair of the previous client!

Electric toilet seat kept opening every time you walk in bathroom, even if not near to it, then had to hear a loud peeping noise when it shuts automatically again, annoying at night. No hot water at night.

Clean room, friendly staff, great location, excellend breakfast. Try the great risottos from the chef!

Noice from the kind of playground on the other side of the stream. Outdated room although kept very clean. I personally was expecting more for the price we paid.

Our arrival at the hotel was a pleasure not only because of the hospitable, friendly and professional staff but also the theme of a Roman villa which is used both for the building and in the interior design helps set the scene for a stay in Brissago Our room was very spacious for two people with a separate seating area and a large covered terrace overlooking the tastefully designed walled garden. The fridge is built into the wall as such cool areas in ancient times and complete with cold drinks . We also could make coffee in the room for our relaxing moments on the terrace. The location is just steps away for the lake with a small promenade where on eca enjoy the magnificent views, especially in the evening . In fact , those evenings next to the lake are magical .
