Great breakfast. Aldo, I reellt appreciated the spa.

Too expensive .

It was very practical for skiing. The hotel has adequate storage for the skiing material, and is within walking distance of the ski slopes and a ski rental shop. The staff were very friendly. Our luggage was delayed when we landed, so we were a couple of days without most of our stuff. Bernadette and Yuliana at the reception were very approachable and helped us manage this situation with tips on where to buy or rent ski wear while our luggage was missing.

I found the pillows to be a bit oversized.

Everything! You get what you pay for, but the staff went above and beyond. I left a note when booking the hotel that I was on my honeymoon. They upgraded us to a suite and left us cookies in the room. The included breakfast was high quality, plentiful, and offered a wide array of options. We ate at the hotel restaurants for dinner which was highly rated. The food again was fresh, high quality and delicious. Our first course arrived and it was delicious. Dinner was looking promising, and just as the fresh seafood platter was put on our table, an overwhelming smell of wet dog wafted towards us. We were worried about the seafood but quickly realized it wasn’t the food on our table. Most likely the smell was from a super funky cheese however, it was unbearable and ruined the rest of dinner. The smell was still in the air the next day.

Nothing.

We loved the quaintness of this property and it’s proximity to the T-bar where we caught the quick lift to the top of the hill and then ski’d through town to Campioni ski lift. The rooms were well appointed and extremely cozy. The breakfasts were well stocked and had a nice variety.

The garage to park the car was tight but that’s about it.

Bed comforters were for 1 person even though the bed was a queen size. It would be much better if they had one traditional size comforter per bed instead of the 2 current ones

Breakfast is amazing as well as the bar. Building is modern and comfortable.

Space to park the car in the in the garage is a little bit limited. The parquet in the room is really brand new and not perfectly polished. I suggest not to walk barefoot.

The staff were exceptional! Friendly, helpful, and professional. Very clean, beautifully appointed room. Convenient location-easy walking to everything. The food in the restaurant was excellent as was the service. We had beautiful, well prepared cocktails on the deck. Quiet!

Very luxurious accommodation with helpful staff and wonderful breakfast each morning. The staff went out of their way to help you plan your day: from choosing hikes to dinner recommendations. The room and terrace was beautiful. Had an indoor garage for the car.

Looks new, location is great as it’s the first hotel from the slopes/ ski lifts and in front of ski rental services and ski pass cashiers. Stuff are very welcoming and spa facilities are nice.

Beautiful spacious room with incredible views of the Dolomites. We had some issues with our rental car. The staff went all out with calls and follow-up with emails, until the issue was resolved.
