This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, facilities were excellent, staff was very helpful and friendly, and the location couldn't be beat. We can't recommend it enough! We loved waking up to the mountain views and and enjoyed the spa after long days of hiking. The risotto at the Luis Eatery was one of the best I've ever had, so my fiancé and I had back-to-back dinners there so I could order it again. Our server also recommended fantastic wines to pair with our food. It was a great experience all around, and we look forward to visiting again someday.

The rooms would benefit from fans given the lack of AC. We cracked our balcony door open while we slept to cool off.

This is a perfect hotel! We absolutely loved our stay and there is not one thing we can pick out that was bad. All was new and modern. Room was clean and functional. Enough space for our things. View from balcony was fairy tale. We could hear no sound from the hall or street. Underground parking was safe and bike room was equipped with all sorts of things you need for the service of your bike. Outside station to clean your bike was free and very helpful. Breakfast was exceptional. Everyone from the staff was nice and polite, willing to help us. Sky pool and spa was total paradise. Roof top terrace and sauna with view on the mountains. Really, we wish to come back very soon and spend more time here. Probably the best hotel we have been to.

This is a beautiful place to stay in Selva. The hotel is impeccably designed, eco friendly and very comfortable (note no air conditioning during summer, we just left our door open for breeze). The staff are delightful and very attentive. We dined in on the two nights we stayed as the food and service was wonderful. The location is terrific (just 50m to gondola) and at the centre of town. Parking below is brilliant. The pool, steam room, sauna and spa area is simply divine. Nothing like sitting in a sauna or doing laps overlooking the alps! We would definitely stay here again, and have already recommended it to friends who are now staying mid July.

The only hiccup we had was our arrival. There was major bike race on that day and many roads (including the one Linder was located on) were closed. Unfortunately this wasn't communicated to us and we drove around in circles for over half an hour trying to access the property and our GPS not able to assist. In the end we parked and walked to the hotel to gain assistance. It would have been way less stressful if the team had sent us a message to forewarn us of access issues due to road closures so we could have known.

Insane facilities!!!! Wow! We spent 2 wonderful afternoons using the pool (which has the most beautiful views), the sauna which is so spacious and the steam room. Absolute heaven! They also have tea, snacks and a relaxation room with comfy beds and Mountain View’s. The staff were amazing, the man running breakfast was a legend - amazing attention to detail. The breakfast was absolutely delicious - you could order a La carte items like eggs, crepes etc and there was a huge buffet selection. Great rooftop with epic Mountain View’s.

The room was quite small, not really enough space to lay out 2 suitcases. No fridge to store drinks etc.

very central to shops and pistes. lovely hotel with very friendly staff, great restaurants (3), extremely friendly and welcoming staff (Abou Bhakar, Giuseppe stand out but all the breakfast staff, the Steak Stube staff, the receptionists) and a highlight - the pool and sauna/steam room facilities - welcome relaxation after a rigorous day’s skiing.

only critique - we had a great meal at the steak stube; had another lovely meal at the Luis Eatery, but at the latter would have loved to have been able to order a dessert from one restaurant to eat at the other (esp as we understand the pastry chef is the same for both); also could not interchange sides that came with our dishes. But these are small quibbles relative to the great time we had overall!

Very good swimming pool, steam room and sauna. The hotel even gives you a SPA bag which you can use. The breakfast is great, wide spread of selection and good quality (good views as well). The neighborhood is quite upscale and quiet yet the points of interest are just a short drive away (5-10mins)

This is a biker hotel, so for those that visits during summer and need to drive: the car park here is underground and the entrance, the ramp and the lot are super narrow (if you are driving SUV) Also the room is a bit small, we can barely fit 2 bags in the room.

Amazing hotel! The decor is gorgeous and practically brand new. It exceeded my expectations. The location and view of the mountains are also stunning. Rooms are big and beds very comfy. Great breakfast too. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

The only thing that let this hotel down was the lack of an iron. If you wanted clothes to be ironed the only option was to pay the hotel/ facilities £5 per garment which feels unfair when there’s no other option. People don’t tend to pack travel irons anymore.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. Good restaurants and breakfast. Convenient ski locker room and very nice steam room/sauna and relaxation area with pool. Seemingly an adult only area.

Quite small rooms which felt quite cramped. One of the two rooms we had only had a bed with bedside tables and a cupboard with no other surface or table to use and no chair which was a shame. On the other hand that room had a big bathroom whilst the other room we were given had a very small shower room though it did have a chair and a desk. Not all rooms are the same obviously.

The facilities are superb, rooms are new, the view from pool and sauna is breathtaking, stuff is kind and the food at the luis eatery restaurant exceeded our excpectations. And last but not least, they have a bike room where you can store your precious bike ;) They deserve additional star. ****

The mattresses and pillows were too soft and room are not soundproofed.

The hotel is located in the center of Dolomites, accessibility to all places in the vicinity. As part of the stay, we haved free breakfast, a weekly bus ticket and parking. The whole hotel has a beautiful design, we were pleasantly surprised by the wellness, which has an amazing pool and sauna.

We were unpleasantly surprised by the fee for dogs, which was €140 for 2 days. It was not mentioned in advance.
