The room was fantastic. Large. Great views. Spotlessly clean. Nice balcony. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good (except the first croissant I tried was solid/stale). Lovely rolls, fresh fruit, meats and cheeses, cereals, pastries, cakes, jams.

We had booked a table for dinner but the service was really poor. We waited 25 mins for a menu. A waitress refused to make eye contact with us. 3 tables in a row having issues of some description and laughing at how poor it was! Eventually got a menu but nobody came to take order. Ended up leaving and going in to Selva. Had this not happened we would have stayed another night. Mini fridge in room didn't work. Tea/coffee in the room would have been nice but unsure if this is commonplace in Italy.

Hotel location is excellent for skiing - it is directly across from Dantercepies, one of the main lifts that can get you to Sella Ronda. Or you can ski downhill to access Ciampinoi. The hotel room was very nice. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. While the room had a lovely "Tyrolean" feel, the rest of the hotel did not. Felt more like a basic, chain hotel. The staff was a mix. There was one gentleman who was excellent - made us feel welcome and was very helpful with information. The rest of the staff were cold and unhelpful. You felt as if you were imposing on them or bothering them if you asked a question. The restaurant was OK. Breakfast was good with the highlight being the juicing machine.

The hotel itself - not the room - had none of the feeling of a cute, Tyrolean hotel. Felt more like a basic chain hotel you would find in any city. Most of the staff were cold and unhelpful. The entry way was off-putting. Behind the desk it was a mess - as if they were just cleaning up from moving and hadn't put things away.

Very well positioned! It's in the neighboroods of the village, 12 mins walking (downhill) from the main road (getting back walking could be a little tiring due to the slope of the road). The building is in front of one of the main cableways (dantercepies). The building it's a "dolomiti" classic and the rooms are bigger than the average. Thare are many free parking slots availbable to the guest but sometimes to park could be tricky due to the congestion. The staff is good, even sometimes not super professional but they recover with their friendly attitude. The price is aligned with Val Gardena s standards.

Both in the room and in the common areas there are some details (pieces of furniture) that could be renewed but nothing really important. What shuold be improved is privacy on the balconies: if you like to have a drink there the room neighbors will be part of your "aperitivo" due to the poor separations of the spaces.

Great location. Yes it is not at the city center but it is on higher elevation which gives you a great view of the town. A short walk to some nice hikes. The bus stop is also less than a minute away. Sauna is great. After a long day hiking, the sauna was a phenomenal break. Management also gave us the complementary bus tickets for our stay.

Nothing.

The room was spacious, with a big terrace. The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The only part we didn't like was parking. The hotel parking is small and disorganized, with no rules on how cars should park. The result is a "pile" of differently and messy parked cars, which makes it impossible to park if you arrive later in the afternoon.

Everything. Great view from the balcony, friendly and helpful staff, sauna and whirlpool were great after a long day of hiking, bus to St. Ulrich/Ortisei nearby, breakfast and dinner were delicious.

The mattress wasn’t the best

Lovely family run hotel. Warm, clean and good food. Friendly and comfortable with great views. Good place for a beer as the sun stays out for 1.5 hours more than the village due to its elevation. Good room and great bathrooms. Very helpful reception and management team.

bit of a steep hill but not too far from town centre.

Nice location, beautiful view. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was good and we especially enjoyed the opportunity of making our own juice from ginger, apples and carrots. The spa was also nice and bigger than it appeared on pictures.

Great location for access to the ski lifts; either crossing the road to get on the Dantercepies gondola or down the side of the nursery slope to the Ciampinoi gondola. Our room was a great size (standard room) benefiting from a recent refurb. Comfortable new beds, plenty of storage & fab bathroom.

We only went down to the spa once... the hot tub / plunge pool wasn't particularly warm. As to be expected the sauna was nude only for reasons of hygiene. The staff were nice but not overly friendly... not unwelcoming but didn't feel any real connection with them. Long walk up the hill to return from the resort centre.

the address is perfect for ski, out of the hotel, you can directly to ski in the snow park, and the dantercepies cable car is 2 minutes walking distance as well , wonderful for skiiers.

We have to wait until almost 6 pm to do check in ,since someproblem with the room, which makes uncomfortable feeling to us
