What I liked most was that we didn't have to spend time on unnecessary tasks, going and coming back from skiing. The hotel is located a 3-minute walk by boots to the first cable car that takes you to other ski lifts and gondolas in Val Gardena. Returning from skiing is supported by the local ski bus that stops literally in front of the hotel. The hotel, although small, is very well organized. The apartment we stayed in is spacious and meets our needs. All parts of the hotel (garage, ski room) can be reached by elevator. The interior of the apartments and hotel is done in modern Tyrolean design and is practically new. A very useful detail in the hotel lobby is the touch screen on which you have complete real-time information for ski lifts, ski buses, restaurants and other content in Selva. If you want an afternoon walk or to go to a restaurant, the center of Selva is 10 minutes away on foot or 4 minutes by car.

The views from the balcony, the room, the host, the location- everything was so PERFECT. The views were dreamlike. The room and bathroom was very clean and spacious and very very comfortable. The location was also easy to find. You can easily walk down to the town, even though the climb uphill can be a bit steep but it’s definitely worth it. They have a decent breakfast spread with home made jams (extremely tasty). The host provides you sufficient knowledge about the area on your arrival and is very helpful! We loved our stay.

There was nothing to dislike at all.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel was clean and the rooms lovely. The owner and other staff were very helpful and friendly and we didn’t want to leave. The views from the room were spectacular with a lovely touch of the local cows walking down the road every morning and evening and the ring of their cowbells!

We had breakfast the first day which was lovely but not ideal for gluten free. Also given one yoghurt and one fruit pot to share which seemed a little odd. We opted out of breakfast the remaining days.

We loved everything about this property, fresh, clean, uncluttered space. The owners/staff were all delightful and helpful. Breakfast was generous and varied. It was a short (steep) walk to the centre of town but all part of the lovely walking experiences. Also right next to the path that leads onto one of the iconic Dolomite walks - The Seceda! The property sits close to forest & green paddocks and overlooks the town, it also has a lovely garden/outdoor area.

The location is very good, you can walk to the ski lift, or ou have a bus just in front of the location. The staff was super nice, very helpful, paying attention all the time, The room was big, with a lot of storage spaces (which is usually an issue). Everyhing was super-clean. Breakfast was good, good coffee (always important),

Clean hotel/rooms, friendlyness of staff, interior of rooms (classic alp style), beautiful view from balcony, well maintained garden, garage is comfortable for bigger cars, continental breakfast. It is located more close to the ski lifts as opposed to the centre of the town, but actually we prefered that way.

Stunning views! Excellent location! Very clean and the room was very spacious. Very good breakfast. Nice small balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended. Very close to Val Vallunga which is a must visit walk only 1 minutes by car.

The bath's glass was a bit small and some water was spilling out on the floor.

Great views of nearby mountains, excellent breakfast, large attractive rooms, clean, and very friendly/helpful host and staff. There are also some great walks very close by.

There is nothing we didn't like. It is 8 to 10 minute walk to most of the restaurants and shops in Val Gardena and uphill going back to the hotel. However, this is more than outweighed by how nice of a place this is to stay!

It was incredible. The breakfast was beautifully laid out on our table reserved for my wife and I. The host even served us eggs that came from her own chickens! Staying at Garni Sunela was the best part of our entire Italy vacation. The bedroom was pristine and beautiful, along with the views of the mountains from every window. The staff were so friendly and were incredibly hospitable. What a beautiful place.

There's nothing that could have been better.

Good location, slightly out of the center, but still within walking distance. Very kind and helpful owners with appreciated high focus on covid care measures . Covered parking space for our motorbike Breakfast overwhelming to say the least with close to everything you can ask for.
