The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with new amenities and nice views. The hotel was not super central, but it was easy to walk to the restaurants and bars in the evening. The breakfast was fantastic and generous, with a lot of options and fresh products. The hotel also provided parking and bus passes, which was very convenient for exploring Val Gardena, including the beautiful Seceda mountain. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great location and a relaxing stay in Val Gardena

The service provided by the staff was incredible. The owner was so warm and welcoming, and seemed to be available whenever you needed her for advice about excursions or questions about the area. The waitress is also so friendly and kind and seems to go above and beyond the expected call of duty. The food that we had for dinner there is easily one of the best meals we have ever had. The price to stay at hotel edda is incredible considering the value you receive. You are treated like family and stay in a clean, spacious room that feels like home.

Breakfast was excellent, such a wide variety of choices, all of the highest quality. The room was beautiful and well appointed. The staff was among the friendliest of all the people we encountered on our trip.

While there was a separate little toilet room with a door, the main bathroom didn't have a door, so the shower was quite open for a room shared with a non-romantic friend.

Hotel Edda is excellent; great accommodation, friendly and professional staff, great food, pleasant atmosphere everywhere. The hotel manager is professional and resourceful in all situations. An excellent move is the hiring of international staff (I highlight the excellent waitress Danijela), because this contributes to a better connection with guests who are from various countries.

Well maintained hotel business with care and hard work by the lovely family. Comfortable and clean room with upgraded interior and Mountain View balcony. Electrical charger available. Breakfast included with customized protein with choice. Located in a less crowded walkable town in the valley with river and mountain walks. Central to attractions towards west or east of Dolomites.

Whilst a little out of the main town of Selva (10mins walking) it was right outside the Plan bus stop which made it very convenient. Also right near the Fungeia lift which gave you an unfetted run direct to the Selva Ciampioni gondola. Very well run hotel with great breakfasts thrown in.

Hotel Edda was exceptional! The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast each morning was delicious. They even provided us with a parking permit and a bus pass so that we could easily explore the area. 10/10! Would totally recommend.

A little bit far from everything, but close to the bus stop and the hotel gives you a free bus pass for the area + walk into town is only about 15 mins

Perfect location and base for hiking in the Dolomites. Very clean and cozy hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Diner needs to be ordered in the morning, but even when we checked in late the first day the staff offered us leftover diner. Great service. We would love to come visit again.
