The hotel was very nice and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet and dinner options were great. We loved the dinner good price for lovely food options.

Although it was slightly colder outside during summer the rooms had no ventilation. We found it hot and stuffy at night and the window can’t stay open because the curtain is there and mosquitoes. The elevator is very small and the caps you have to purchase to use the pool are too small for adults heads or ladies that have long hair.

I loved how big the rooms were! The facilities were plentiful with a gym, bool, sauna and multiple eating areas. The buffet breakfast was ideal. BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT was how brilliant the staff were. There were kitchen staff, reception clerks, hosts and waiters that were the most beautiful and HARDEST working people I have ever met! They work 12 hours very day and seem to always be smiling. I cannot commend them enough!

Even though it was 'summer' the towel racks and heaters were turned off, as the Dolomites had unseasonal cold snap with torrential rains. This could have been turned back on.

Everything. We highly recommand the restaurant (breakfast and dinner also). In addition to an abundant and high-quality appetizer, both main courses was fantastically delicious. The servers were very kind and attentive. In rainy days we can play at the play room with pingpong and biliard, others could swim in the pool. We would love to come back here again! :)

Had to fill out a form with my details although they already had them from booking, not sure why. WIFI was really bad. In my room and the lobby I barely got 5mbit at most. Eggs and bacon was cold at breakfast. Would be better to make smaller batches but more frequent and not one giant container of scrambled eggs.

We arrived very late, past 23h, and were still able to check in. The breakfast was supreme: various fruits, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, muesli, nice bread, olive oil. Perfect for a long day ahead !

If you book this hotel thinking about the sauna and the pool, keep in mind it's only open 13h-20h. They kept our IDs overnight.

Very well positioned hotel. Was very clean, tidy and confortable, but the staff there unfortunetly wasn’t the best. First, I cannot believe in a touristic area like the Dolimites, they couldn’t speak anothe language apart from italian. I didn’t try only english, I teied also german or french.. but nothing. Super understaffed for breakfast, not giving directions on what to do, considering that it wasn’t buffet style and you had to fill a order note.. complicated. The cleaning staff, talking super loud at the first hour in the morning, in frint of the doors, getting into the rooms super early, in two days after coming from breakfast ( around 8:10 am) the cleaning lady was in our room. Otherwise, the stat was confortable, really well located and I believe, with a bit of attention to the staff, it can be a super place.

The hotel was in the best location and it has the swimming pool I was looking for but the most that liked about the hotel was the food. The dinner and breakfast was great.
