We really liked the self-service breakfast, especially for the children, as they could enjoy pancakes, croissants with various spreads. Before dinner, there were excellent self-service appetizers, which we usually indulged in too much to be able to eat a three-course meal afterward. Dinner could have been served earlier; 7:30 PM is quite late for us to eat. The hotel's location is approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest gondola, but there is an option to store equipment near the ski slopes, and you can also walk there in regular shoes.

The heating in rooms was way of, we were waking up in the night since there was more than 25 degrees inside and we could not adjust the heating. We opened the windows it helped a little bit. Rooms would need some upgrade, furniture is old. We didn't appreciate being charged for the water we drank during dinner upon check-out from the hotel. We didn't order water; it was brought to us by the staff. Supposedly, it's mentioned somewhere, but in my opinion, they should have informed us about it

No English tea bags for breakfast so had to choose other drinks. the coffee/cappuccino provided by the self service machine is way too strong. I didn't like the fact that we had to search for other places to have lunch and dinner which was difficult as there were very few choices of restaurants, only due to the fact we had a dog with us, who wasn't allowed in the hotels restaurant whereas wherever else went the dog was very welcome.

A comfortable alpine style lodge with ample facilities for hikers, weekend getaway-ers, friends, family or anyone looking to get just close enough to the Dolomites. From the initial impression we were warmly welcomed by Laura who was very considerate to our needs and flexible with any requests we had for the spa and the room. The breakfast and dinner spread are also a worthy enjoyment in-hotel. Be sure to take advantage and use the spa facilities after a hike!

WiFi can be spotty in the rooms and beware of no lifts in case of large suitcases.

Staff friendliness. Parking spaces. Village and region with superb views and many hiking options. The cuisine and especially the seafood cooked exceptionally. Hotel bar open late.

Excellent location, friendly staff

Asked at check-in whether restaurant is open for dinner… answer: yes! No word that it is buffet only with ok selection. However the only plates available were dessert plates, I assume that the guests don’t overload the plate and return half of it. Found that pretty strange, but tells a lot what clientele is catered

The hotel staff was very nice and ready to help especially Laura, a clean and tidy room, quite spacious. Absolutely good breakfast, excellent location and easy to reach sites in the area

Location was excellent. It was perfect for our exit from the dolomites. We were super happy with all of the food, it exceeded our expectations for a hotel. The availability of a wellness center was great and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
