Very modern Spa/hotel and naturally superbly clean. Bathrooms immaculate, and rooms super comfy. Located close to a castle, but a 20 min walk to centre of Trento, it provides an ideal base. Riding a motorcycle I opted to ride up to reception, and park the bike (free) next to their veranda... security objected, but the receptionist over ruled the decision... Thanks. Paying the car price for the park space a bike occupies, always leaves a bad taste.

Nothing really - was very pleased. Price was about average.

Fantastic location right in the middle of Trento, 5 min walk to the Centro Storico (historic centre of the city). Lots of bars and restaurants in close proximity. Staff were always very helpful and polite. Hotel has an excellent gym and a spa with an outside area - great for hot summer days. Breakfast buffet was also very good.

Wifi was not the best and the sound insulation between rooms and from the outside was not great (we could hear louder noises from other rooms).

We received a free upgrade when we reach the hotel, which gave us a room on the top floor with a hot tub on the balcony. The room was immaculate and spacious. The views from the balcony were really nice, and it was really easy to reach all the sites we wanted to see. The breakfast area is spacious and there's a great choice of food, and there's a gym near the reception (although we didn't use this facility)

I guess I only have one minor gripe. The hotel is built into the side of a cliff, there's a road that runs along the top and people can look down from a vantage point and see onto parts of your balcony. There are protective screens up which shield most of the balcony, but you weren't completely shielded which made it awkward sometimes.

The room is big and cosy, clean, with all important things. Personal is nice, location is very comfy. View on the mountains is amazing.

The water in the room was a tap water, not tasty. Also, the ceiling and windows were very thing, we could hear everything happening in the room above us and on the outside (there’s a sauna outside). Some people were celebrating their birthday, and as in the hotel it’s forbidden, they just went outside the hotel and were drinking champagne right before the hotel. I know hotel cannot do anything about it, but perhaps those who would read this feedback would be more thoughtful of the people living in the neighborhood and would celebrate their events in the places where it won’t disturb anyone.

The hotel is absolutely amazing! Great location, excellent amenities, super clean and comfortable rooms. The employees are very welcoming and friendly, the spa area offers a incredible variety of pools and saunas and the breakfast could not be better. All this at a very low price. Highly recommended!!!!

Separate fee for spa entrance, although it is still very cheap for the services offered.

Wonderful hotel. The location is perfect. There is a fantastic little Spa at a reasonable price. Service, was very good. The room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. This is an exceptional hotel for the price that we paid We travel extensively throughout Europe and have a budget and therefore we can sometimes get some average hotels that are below the expectations as advertised. This was the opposite. It exceeds the advertised hotel.

Breakfast was incredible, location was super central and employees were all helpful and friendly. Room was really good! Gym was also quite nice.

Consering the hotel brands itself as a wellness hotel, it was odd that we didn’t have acess to the wellness facilities with the base rate. definitely thought we would have access to the pool when we booked.

Staff is extremely polite and welcoming. Room is big and comfortable. Perfect location close to the center and the train station. We got an amazing upgrade and we had a Jacuzzi on the balcony!

Breakfast was good, but it could be better. Not in the quantity of choices, but in some products quality. The ventilation of the room was a little bit noisy, but it didn't disturb our sleep. Maybe the price was quite high compare to the offer itself, but it was December and prices were high in all Hotel in Trento! Overall nothing to complain about, but just things to be aware of! :-)

Everything amazing, wifi connection strong and stable, facilities are so well maintained and relaxing. Friendly and professional people at reception: Ardit, Tom and Marco, always patient and answering all my questions. Breakfast is to die for! - Also they have individual big lockers to store the lugagge there after checking out.

All good! - however i found a spider the last nite - maybe do some checks to the rooms

The hotel looks new and updated. Room was nice and comfortable. Location is good and it had paid parking on site.

The SPA was extremely filthy and it smelled bad like urine in the dressing areas and wc / showers, was dirty and slippery there. We had to run out of that spa and didn’t risk to use it. It was also not free for hotel guests. They gave us two bath robes inside the bag, the bathrobes were with holes and torn apart in some places. And when we checked out of the hotel, the staff asked us to return not only the robes, but also the bag that we’ve been using for all 5 days. I still wonder why. The AC wouldn’t cool the air lower than 26 degrees, which was too hot to sleep at night. The hotel has a restaurant in the building, but doesn’t associate with it.
