* Staff were very friendly and cooperative. * Although there were many guests, the staff made me feel like I was the only person there and gave me a lot of attention. * As per prior communication, my room was ready 4 hours before the check-in time. * The room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and other amenities. * Breakfast was very good each morning.

* When I got to the Room there was a bad smell for sometime, probably used old water to mop, it went away after a few hours. * The bathroom sink and bidet did not have stoppers, which I find disgusting. * Room did not have an iron. * AC did not work and it was rather warm at night, though they brought a Tower Fan up to the room right away when I called the reception, and told me exactly why the AC was not working(honesty is always the best).

Staff is great. I was late, they called me and sent information of how can I enter property by myself. Room is nice, clean, bathroom is clean and nice. Breakfast is great

Location, the hotel is far away from center. Local transport system is good, mostly new, but I was not able to buy a ticket anywhere. So I had to risk being fined. But this is problem of city, not hotel. City is big and the hotel is on the south side, while all things are on north.

The breakfast was delicious. The coffee was absolutely amazing!! The beds were comfortable. We got a room for 4 people with 2 single beds and 2 double bed so the room was nice and spacious.

We were told through the booking ad that there will be private parking. But when we arrived we were told that it was full as it is first come first serve. So we had to park outside.

Very nice and clean hotel. Very well-furnished. Nice crew, and an amazing receptionist, Miss Rola, who helped a lot and made our trip to the great city of Torino unforgittable. In addition, the hotel is very close to the giant Lingotto Mall.. you just walk on the wounderful footbridge which is next to the hotel, and in 5 minutes or less you find yourself inside the mall where you find amazing shopping places, and of course, Mac and many other restaurants and cafes. How lovely! By the way, we were astonished, as well, by that engineering beauty of the bridge, with the red arch.. wow.. how beautiful! Thanks Italy, and please make it to the world cup 2022, we're so excited to see you there.

We stayed for a night,the room was very clean,spacious,air-conditioned,quiet,the hotel staff was extra helpful with us,very friendly, gave us recommendations for good food near the neighborhood, all in all we really enjoyed our 1 night stay there, definitely recommended! Thank you so much 😊

The high point was the very friendly staff, from front desk to cleaning staff. Good breakfast service. Good location, fairly close to bus and train lines that connect with downtown.

If I have to point one thing is that the walls are thin and you can hear the room next door. But it's a minor detail considering the whole stay.

The team at the hotel were most helpful, courteous and friendly with a good standard of spoken English. I enjoyed the breakfasts, and the space to relax in the room. In the spring and summer I think the nearby park would be pleasant.

The shower could have been more powerful, and the water hotter!

The place was very nice and well located as we were participating in a conference at Lingotto Congress Centre. The staff is really nice and welcoming and the breakfast was great. Quite a few cozy restaurants around (nothing fancy, but food was really good). We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

Very helpful and friendly staff. A great choice of hotel if you require secure motorcycle parking in the city. Good breakfast and comfy rooms.

The aircon in the rooms was not very effective.

Plenty of choices for breakfast and quick coffee service. The location of the hotel was very convenient for visiting the city center, with a direct line stopping a minute from the hotel. The room was quite big, and the staff was very friendly.

Only one elevator in the hotel, which caused queues in front of it especially after checking in.
