We stayed in a Superior suite on the 3rd floor. The room was very spacious with a huge window with an amazing view. There were a few pieces of design furniture on the room as part of the history of the building, giving it a touch of modernity and elegance. The building where the hotel was located is part of an old FIAT automobile factory with a very interesting Infrastructure. Apart from the hotel there is also a pinacoteca and a shopping mall. The first EATALY store is just nearby and is really worth the visit

I would love to have a coffeemaker in the room.

It was big and interesting, part of the old FIAT factory and part of the history of Turin. The Piste 500 is on the roof! The rooms are big and are well insulated so you do not hear what the person in the room next door is watching on the TV. The staff are excellent and the breakfast had a variety of options. It was all in all pretty quiet. We ate out every night and there are a selection of restaurants within an easy stroll.

It is in the old industrial area of Turin so you have to expect that the surroundings are not like the more quaint heat of the city, and it is a bit of a way to the city centre BUT the transport links are good and close and are cheap so it is fairly easy to get on and out.

Hot in the hotel corridors, very slow elevator, got a dirty towel one morning, it is unacceptable for such a price The metro did not work in Turin. It.i's not hotels fault, of course, but considering my plans, which were related to the metro and the location of the hotel, it was very important to me

Love the NH Lingotto, the hotel and rooms are beautifully designed, in keeping with the building’s Fiat connection. We came here for one night in June as part of a tour and loved it so much we returned for 6 nights. Very convenient for Turin centre by the efficient metro (approx 10 mins) Love La Pista, the racetrack from The Italian Job on the roof, now with gardens and art gallery. Plenty of places to eat nearby. We liked Eataly with its large supermarket. Great breakfast, spotlessly clean rooms and friendly helpful staff!

Cannot fault it!

Very well designed spacious large rooms, beautifully classic simple design. A lot of space. Plenty of parking space, with the mall in the same building - easily accessible with multiple food options. Also the Fiat test track was great to see.

Nothing really. Two very minor things. One of the exterior blinds had a bit of a noisy motor when winding up compared to the other blind - and sounds likes it needs replacing. Unfortunately we weren't allowed access to the track itself on the day I was free - due to corporate event - but you still can view the track from the cafe. The attendants on the mall floor failed to explain properly that I could still go up and view the Fiat cafe which was a bit annoying - as I ended up buying a ticket to the art collection above which I had no intention of viewing - and is not Fiat / automotive related.

The location is a converted Fiat factory with an adjacent mall and a metro station nearby. the room is modern, clean and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful (not included in the room rate) and staff was helpful.

There is no coffee/tea corner in the room. Although there is a nearby metro station nearby, the trains stopped working early in both of the days we used them. This is of course not the hotel's responsibility but perhaps this could be mentioned to non-Italian speaking guest upon check-in. Also, we were on the first floor, but because of the building's previous usage as a factory one needs to walk four flights of stairs to get to the first floor. There are two relatively small elevators and the wait to go up could be long when a whole group checks in. If you have luggage walking up the stairs is not really an option.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. At breakfast they were really busy but still had a smile and time to help and serve everyone. They couldn't do enough for you. The reception staff were also very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. So much to choose from. We had dinner one evening and the food was lovely.

We had a bit of a problem with the room not being cleaned to a good standard. We came back around 10pm and the bed hadn't been made, the floor hadn't been swept and there was dust all over. We called reception and they sent a member of the domestic staff immediately. She came in and started to dust down and was going to change the bed. We said not to do it until the day after. Following that, we received an apology letter from the management and the room was immaculate.

Adriana at reception was not the most friendly which is surprising to see in Italy. the booking was under my name and I have a Russian passport. when I handed it, she glanced at it and looked as ´why do I need it,’ after many seconds and me saying ´don’t you need my passport for finding my Booking?’, she finally took it. Then I noticed that Adriana had a Polish language sign on her name badge which explained the behaviour. We hoped to get an early check in which wasn’t possible and it was ok. We almost had to ask if we can leave luggage and when we can come back - all responses were succinct, no politeness or friendly tone and looked as ‘please get out, I need to go.’ My Italian husband immediately sensed the same and noted Adriana’s arrogance.

Very convenient location for the metro to get to central Turin, but also part of the Old Fiat Factory with the historical test track on the roof and with lots of shops and restaurants. Loved our suite/family room it was huge and beautifully decorated with classic designer furniture for the 20th century.

The mattress was too hard for me. Would prefer a slightly softer one. A small complaint and I'm finding that almost everywhere these days, it is probably affecting me more than most because I'm not very big.

rooms are big quiet and stylishly furnished. staff were friendly and helpful, good breakfast with plenty of table space. Not in the centre of Turin but only a few minutes away from the centre by metro which is right outside the hotel. Close to an excellent branch of Eataly with some good dining options. Free access to the rooftop test track (ask at reception for a token). this was my second stay at this hotel and I would return on any future visit to Turin.

nothing to fault, but a coffee machine in the room and maybe a bathrobe would be nice additions.
