Beautiful hotel and gardens which felt like a quiet oasis in the busy city. Free bikes were a nice bonus and were lovely to ride along the river to the city. Free secure parking was very convenient and meant it was easy to get to and from the city. Breakfast was extensive with a nice selection and the gym was well equipped and spacious

Walking to the city centre is quite a long walk 40 to 50 mins, but the free bikes and free parking and nearby tram stop made up for this. Free bikes were in reasonable condition but not perfect and were limited number. We stayed when it was quiet so this wasn't a problem for us since we could chose the best bikes available from their selection.

The location of this hotel is superb, in a lovely parkland setting yet only a moderate walk away along the riverbank to the city centre. We got a taxi back and it was only about 15 euros. There is plenty off free parking which is an unusual bonus these days! The hotel receptionist was extremely helpful and upgraded our room to the suite which was simply amazing, a huge room with a lovely terrace overlooking the gardens - one of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in on our travels all over Italy. The breakfast was great - plenty of choice with lovely pastries and cakes - there was even a berry cheesecake. Gotta love the Italians - cake for breakfast, what’s not to like about that! The breakfast gets 5 stars from us as there was an orange juice machine and you could create your own fresh juice! We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area as Turin is a beautiful city, very elegant and well worth visiting. We recommend the Turin city tour bus which takes you all around the city, including to the old Fiat factory which is often seen in films. All in all a wonderful hotel in a lovely setting.

Nothing not to like, a gem of a hotel, couldn’t find anything negative at all.

Considering how crazy and wild the streets of Turin are, the location of this hotel was a relief because it's on the outskirts of the busy, noisy city. The staff was top-notch. They were all so nice, attentive, kind, helpful, and very respectful of the entire process. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable, as well as the pillows and blankets. Shower was very nice, but careful with the shower floor as it is SUPER slippery, and they don't have safety bars or adhesives on the floor to avoid slipping and falling

As hard as it is to believe, they don't serve Lavazza coffee. The coffee that they serve at breakfast was thick and heavy, which was extremely disappointing to me because I am a coffee addict. I was looking forward to drinking Lavazza, but that coffee was something else. The rooms are very outdated, and the curtains don't really block the daylight at all

Large room with usual facilities (minibar was empty but assume they no longer fill it). Good breakfast choice. Plenty of parking (one secure car park at no extra cost). Took payment on arrival so check out was quick

Our room was furthest away from breakfast but not an issue. Don't recommend driving into the city centre - parking is a nightmare. There are a couple of bus routes five minutes from the hotel which are reasonably frequent (we obtained a day ticket - EUR4 from a kiosk nearby). About 15-20 minutes to the centre.

The breakfast staff and the housekeepers are one in the same and they are the most friendly, professional and conscientious workers I have ever met. This is one of the main reasons we continue to come back to this hotel. We have been coming here yearly for many years.

Just a minor complaint would be the music/video played in the breakfast area. It is usually MTV and we would appreciate more of a variety of music for various age groups.

We stayed here for 1 night and that was a perfect option. Great parking, very nice and modern rooms, the location is quiet and very green. We liked view from the terasse! It took 20 min to go to the city center, tram stop is very close. We will be happy to get back next time!

There were some small things that could be nice to have, but even without them our stay was great. These things are: - Safe box in the room - Coffee maker/instant coffee in the rooms - Better quality of coffee at the breakfast

Overall it was very good and the room was fantasticly clean

All good but i concern about hygiene......breakfast area....staff should use gloves or tools to handle food, not their bare hands, even if you have clean hands ....fruit should be in a closed container, not in an open display in contact with the environment ....bar never see open....however all the staff has been brilliant

The hotel is in a lovely location next to the river Po in a park like setting. The tram into town, which runs very frequently, is only a few minutes walk away through the park and takes only around 15 minutes to get you into the city centre. The staff were friendly, the breakfast very good and the hotel is peaceful and unhurried. Although there is no evening meal service there are a number of good restaurants close by which offer good value for money. Our rooms were serviced every day and our towels changed daily which tends to be rare nowadays. The cost of the rooms including breakfast was extremely reasonable for a 7 night stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is modern and clean, we had a normal room and were happy to find it good sized, with a good sized and modern bathroom. Breakfast was super nice and had everything we could want. Nice bonus to find we could eat it outside on the patio. We made use of the bikes available to borrow - not great as bikes go, but they did the job and the Po nature reserves are a wonderful area to explore. The hotel is quite far out of town (as seen on the map) but the public transport really is very easy and convenient. Staff were all lovely and made everything clear and easy.

From the moment we checked in, professional service and the room blew me away (definitely worth getting a nicer room here). if you like taking walks along the lovely river, and don’t mind being a little out of the center, go here! The breakfast was top notch. Ask for a cappuccino from the women in the back and she made a heart shaped foam.
