I liked that the staff was very very polite. The man from the reception explain us everything and offer us the best city view possible from where we saw the Adunata Alpina a wonderful event meeting thousands of people from all Italy.

Everything were nice, except the breakfast that might be ok for the a lot of people, but might be poor for people (like me at that moment) who are keeping a diet. I mean there was a lot o bread and sweet croissants and yogurts and so so, but poor menu of fruits and vegetable. But the staff at the breakfast is more than polite.

Helpful and friendly staff, easy parking for the bike, nice view from our window and close to the old centre.

Brakfast just okay, little selection of fresh fruit. AC fan made a terrible noise so not usable. Pillows flat and only one available.

About ten minutes walk from the station, this suited us well for one night during a rail tour. They gave us an upgrade to a larger room with balcony, which was comfortable with a good shower and kettle. Didn’t try the breakfast.

Well designed, comfortable rooms with terrace. Very good breakfast. Exceptional location, near University, and garage parking can be reserved.

Can be difficult to locate reception: message directs you gourmet butcher downstairs which operates gasthouse.

Perfect location just around the corner from the train station. Bike friendly facilities with a safe bike storage room. Reception open 24/7, English speaking staff. Able to accommodate an early breakfast before 7AM.

A little bit older but good maintenanced hotel with comfortable rooms and parking possibility in the underground garage under the hotel. Breakfast is delicate: different types of sweets, some ham and cheese. Employees of the hotel are very helpful. Location is good, the downtown of Udine can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

-There is always somebody at reception, and staff was warm people& speak good english. -Underground parking was great for motorbike safety, staff opens the door for you, they have the remote. -Booked for the breakfast and it was good.

-next to a busy street, so not perfectly quiet.

Every time I stay here, it's always comfortable and clean.Lots of space in family rooms,quality mattress,warm in winter season) Maximum 5 minutes walking from the railway station. The breakfast is varied enough.The staff is polite.

The hotel is near the train station and the bus station. Good location for ones who travel around Udine. There is air conditioned and fridge. We had a balcony and a big room. Breakfast was very good. I recomand this hotel.

Location was central, Reception and Staff were perfect and v helpful, as we had sudden change in plan and wanted to cancel one of the room one day earlier, the staff in reception where kind enough to do it without any issue.

Breakfast was not as per expectation, there was no warm dishes like scrambled eggs etc. the property is a bit old and has seen its better days, but still was well maintained.
