really lovely cool garden and seated lounges at front entrance. Staff were very helpful and gave good local knows. Loved the bikes for hire so a ideal way to get the parks, beaches and Piazza. The buffet breakfast was really great, lots of fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries and cooked eggs, bacon, sausages, ham cheese etc also. Good size and refurbished rooms. Reasonably close walk to good eateries and canals and super yacht marinas I would definitely recommend Hotel Spinelli.

This dog friendly hotel offers a convenient location, free parking and an excellent breakfast buffet with many homemade items. For dinner, although the menu is limited, the meals were delicious, prepared with fresh and regional ingredients. Best of all is the super friendly and helpful staff! We look forward to another trip to Viareggio and Hotel Spinelli.

The location is excellent; free parking is very close and has a nice neighborhood and is close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. I like this area of Viareggio more than the beginning of the city, as it is close to the pine woods, and more in a living area, so not so touristic environment. The staff is extremely kind, cordial, helpful, and quick in service.

Everything was perfect since we went in the full summer season, prices were higher than usual, but still very acceptable compared to other places.

The hotel was nice and clean, nicely equipped and cozy rooms. Free parking close to hotel is also nice. Breakfast were great, awesome variety of fresh food, great coffee. What gives it the 10/10 is the personnel. Everyone of them were really nice and great, helpful in all possible ways. And room service left the room nicely cleaned every day.

The property is run and owned by a family and has been a hotel for a few decades. The owners are very pleasant and accommodating. The service offered is as if all customers are v.i.p. Staff are very pleasant and efficient and knowledgeable. A lot of thoughts and care have been put into every detail of this hotel. I found a lovely air refreshener in a shape of a heart hang in the wardrobe.

The hotel is relatively small but very comfortable. Rooms are of adequate size and clean. The breakfast was surprisingly good, and the coffee is just perfect! Very quiet location (not sure if in full season is the same).

The Info on availability and conditions for renting bicycles was not clear among different employees , they need to organize one digital system that every employee can easily access .
