We spent two nights in this hotel. Even though the weather was not the warmest we didn’t mind since they had terrace heaters at the rooftop bar. The cocktails were perfect, the view is magnific. We tried their restaurant, the food was really tasty. The staff is supernice. The rooms were clean. For us being 15 min from Sorrento by car was a plus,nice view, nice people without the crowd. The overall quality and the service was above our expectations.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms are clean and modern. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The stuff were so welcoming and kind ,everything we needed they helped us immediately. The hotel staff was always worrying if we had a way to come back at night. Also the hotel has a service of shuttle to the train station and back where you can arrive to Sorrento in 7 minutes. I want to mention and thank especially to Emmanuele who have drove us to the station and back every day he was very kind and patient. thank you for everything! And also thanks to all the hotel stuff members that made our vacation the best!❤️

Everything was amazing! Very recommended

We loved this place! My wife and I stayed here for our 5th wedding anniversary in September. It was absolutely amazing. Unlike so many other hotels, Domo20 is as beautiful as the pictures make it seem. The views, the aesthetic, the accommodations--all of it was as advertised. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and pleasant. From the front desk associates to the waitstaff and the shuttle service driver. In fact, special attention should be paid to the efficiency and helpfulness of Emmanuel, who countless times carted us from place to place. We're so grateful for his expediency and friendliness.

I truly don't have anything bad to say. Keep up the good work, Domo20!

Rooftop, Balcony with See view

I stayed in April and Rooftop restaurant was closed and under maintenance.

Absolutely beautiful! Clean, modern, minimalist.

Good breakfast, very friendly staff and great rooftop terrace with jacuzzi and incredible sea & Vulcan view. We really enjoyed the meals and cocktails at the restaurant. Restaurant and terrace manager was very nice and positive. Really enjoyed his attitude to what he is doing :)

Would be good to have some glass cups in the bathroom, not plastic ones , which were not replaced , when used.

Great views, great staff, great food

Amazing views from rooftop bar and plunge pool. Food in the restaurant was outstanding as was the service. I believe its a Michelen restaurant and this reflects the price. Not cheap. Free shuttle service to and from train station.

Room was clean but basic. No tea or coffee making facilities No instructions on the operation of the safe. Shower selector switch was defective

A beautiful hotel, very clean and Mena on reception extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities are first class and beautifully decorated. There were beautiful rooftop views across the bay to Vesuvius. The breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooftop is unbeatable... Amazing views and nice to have a drink and/or dinner! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful... Made us feel very welcome. Special mention to Marco (hopefully I have his name correct - the guy with the cool earring!) who always went the extra mile to check on us, have a chat, give us advice on food, locations, everything! Location exactly what we were looking for, quiet but a very easy walk to the centre (5-10 mins) and good parking available.

If I would have to say anything it would be that the 'pool' should be officially free for guests
