Amazing resort, located near Marina d'Aequa, at the foothill of Vico Equense, a picturesque village on the Amalfi coast. The hotel is beautiful and quiet, with most of the rooms having sea view. The Spa area has breathtaking views over Naples and the Vesuvius and includes several heated and ambient temperature swimming pools, a jacuzzi, sauna and Kneipp trail. The access to the Spa area was free of charge. The private beach is large, with sunbeds and umbrellas, all free of charge. Sandy areas alternate with those with pebbles, so aqua shoes might be a good idea. Breakfast was very good, with a great variety of food and drinks. Coffee was served a la carte and it was really good. The staff was kind and welcoming, we really appreciated the service. Rooms were spacious and bright. They were cleaned every day, our towels were changed, toiletries supplies were refilled. We had the perfect holiday, with excellent service, great location and amazing views! Definitely a place where we would come back.

Staff, particularly reception and breakfast, really friendly and helpful, the rooftop breakfast terrace was an amazing experience everyday with such wonderful views and backdrops. The pool, breakfast and rooms really gave a high class image of the hotel in its rightful high end status

The room we had overlooked the square was very noisy on 2 or 3 mornings of our 10 night stay between 4.30 and 6 am with occasional unnecessary loud noises due to cleaning/road sweeping, chain saw, iron door gate and bottle recycling, some lasting up to an hour long! All should have waited until after at least 7.30 am or just before breakfast. The hotel opens the sunbeds at the wellness pool to the public at weekends and sells them, so there is a booking process. It didn’t feel like hotel guests were priority and both us and other guests had problems when we had booked and then offered inferior options, particularly for gazebos. with the system. Also, luck and snack options ordered from the wellness centre were very expensive even compared to the hotel pool snack area by the beach.

Amazing views of the water and Mt Vesuvius from the breakfast area and our room with a balcony. Breakfast buffet with option to also order from a customizable a la carte menu was delicious. They had a wide variety of hot and cold, savory and sweet foods as well as beverages. I had informed the hotel in advance about my gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free food restrictions. I appreciated that Salvatore and Christian immediately recognized my dietary needs when I gave them our room number. They provided me with additional pre-packaged bread and dessert options. It was awesome that they wanted me to have a great breakfast experience. The wellness pool area was a wonderful respite - spacious and uncrowded - but you need to reserve the lounge bed at the front desk the day before. They accommodated our last minute request due to availability. Otherwise you could easily walk up and get a lounge bed at their lower pools and beach area, and eat from their restaurant. Convenience was great. We stayed in Vico Equense because of the value and location. Nightlife seemed lively in the area with restaurants and music when we had walked around. I do recommend advanced booking to tour Capri, Positano and Amalfi by boat for a small shared group so you can leave from Vico. We were lucky enough to book last minute spots to Capri with Crystal Wave Charter by walking up to their storefront. They were completely filled to go to Positano and Amalfi for the month. You can book them through the be-IT app, their website, or call them. We loved the ease of walking a very short distance from our hotel to the port to launch for our excursion. Otherwise you will have to find your way to Sorrento. We had a car and was able to leave it safely at our hotel to avoid the windy roads to Sorrento and paying for all day parking. It also let us sleep an hour longer. Our superior double room (2 beds) with a sea view was nice and clean. We appreciated the friendly staff and our daily room cleanings.

The room was a little small and the bathroom was tiny, including the shower stall. Additional shelving for our toiletries and hooks or towel racks in the bathroom would have been helpful.

Staff was amazing. Great option for multiple pools and felt so spoiled to walk right onto the beach. Salvatore and Giulia were so helpful! Remembered names and coffee orders and helped when I was sick. Giulia even brought me a specific allergy medicine from the pharmacy. Lifesaver! Salvatore was a highlight of the visit and Giulia and her coworker, both Vico locals gave exceptional recommendations. Breakfast was decent. Beds were super comfortable and our room was really big! Great balcony for stunning sunsets. Also, just to note - the communication via WhatsApp was great. We were a bit scattered as far as planning and transportation goes and they were very helpful and responsive on WhatsApp.

No coffee in the room. Maybe that’s the American in me, but I like my coffee before I see humans. Did have the option to have room service, though which is a good compromise. I can also appreciate the lack of bad instant coffee or bad machine coffee in Italy, so I understand it! It also didn’t seem as though one of the restaurants was ever open which was a bummer because it looked fun! The location was in a very quiet town not far from a small also quiet town. A great jumping off point towards Sorrento or Capri, but it was described as “not touristy” and it was most definitely a town for tourists. That being said, met some nice locals.

Wellness centre had great pools - very peaceful relaxing there. Breakfast was excellent Reception staff very helpful - especially Anna Gardens and layout of the hotel were lovely Room was comfortable We had a very pleasant stay - a good location for visiting Sorrento Pompeii etc

Although the reception area looks as if it has been refurbished - the rest of the hotel looks a bit tired. It's in a great position and could be a really excellent hotel. However this didn't spoil our stay The bathroom was a little small The beach was as expected in terms of sand/stones - the loungers looked a little worn

Front office staff were exceptional! Couldn’t ask for better helpful service. Salvadore & his friendly caring team at breakfast were the best on our whole trip! Well done team! It was a delight to go up stairs to that magnificent morning view overlooking the Bay to Vesuivius….and being greeted by Salvadore!

Being charged €7 for a small cup of milk to go with our tea in the room ( most english speaking have milk with their tea). It would be nice to be given a small jug or package (100 ml) of milk daily, when room service makes up the room. A couple of the days we had to ask room service for some black tea bags instead of herbal.

The location of the hotel is perfect, it has a warm swimming pool and Jacuzzi which can be used even when the weather is cold and you can still enjoy the resort in full. The shuttle is a great service and from the Vico Eqeunse, the very cheap train with a good schedule can take you to almost all attractions. The reception is the most excellent part. The entire reception especially Anna and Valentina are not only very friendly and professional, but also they really care and it feels like the whole staff is doing their best to make you a memorable stay in their resort.

This place is a hidden gem! The staff are going over and above to be helpful and friendly. It’s a sprawling hotel with so many features- pool, beach, outdoor showers & dressing rooms, and warm pool wellness area. The breakfast was plentiful and the parking was free. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and pleasant to walk around.

It’s a stretch to find anything negative but if I had to I’d say the rooms could be slightly larger, and I wish there were fewer rowdy teens at the pool. Maybe the wellness area should be adults only to preserve the peaceful environment. Also, I would have liked to swim later in the evening but the pools close at 7:00.

Breakfast was good, very good location, shuttle buss to next city. Quite and safe place very near to Positano, Capri and Amalfi. ferry service at the door... free car parking, tenniss square.. all include how to spend very good vocation in Italy!

children are not allowed in the spa pools area, only on Thursdays.. every day was emty pools, but not allowed.. thats a pity. Because one public pool near beach is deep and with sea water - its only allowed for kids

The location of the hotel is excellent, in a gulf with a marina and restaurants around. There is free parking. The reception people are very helpful and polite. The room with a sea side view is pure luck. You can get one with a view of the sea and you can get one with a wall facing you and a view of the sea on the far side. The size of the room and the bathroom are ok, the bed is big, there is a big safe that can fit a laptop. The breakfast is excellent. It is very near Sorrento and you can reach it by car in 10 minutes or bus or train.

The bed although big is not comfortable (probably very old). We stayed there for 7 days and our bed linen were never changed. Good cleaning the room was not their strong point. I am 1.75 tall and I could barely reach the rail of the hangers in the cupboard. For almost EUR 300 a night for B&B I believe the standard should be raised.
