There are not enough words to describe this place. You arrive in Paradise. Villa Ketty Resort is a splendid place where you can breathe the air of Italy. Villa Ketty is a fairy tale where I definitely fall in love with that area. We started our journey on Amalfi Coast with Vico Equense and we were lucky to find wonderful people at Villa Ketty. The breakfast reflects the passion of Villa Ketty’s owner to make all their guests feel perfect, the infinite variety of cheese, the hand made cakes, the taste of the food….The view…. OMG, it can be described, you must go there. And the people are absolutely special, very kind, nice, and polite. Humanity won the big pride here, with these wonderful people. We will definitely come back to Villa Ketty. Next year will be there, for sure. You can go there to rechage your battery, to read, to write, to enjoy your family only, and to stay with yourself, to rink a good coffe, to admire the view, to drink a good wine, or just to breath the Paradise. We flew into Rome, took the high speed train to Naples, then the commuter train from Naples to Vico Equense. Be prepared: The Naples-to-Vico Equense trek is 29 stops, but very inexpensive. We called Antonio to ask if we could get a ride to the resort from the train station. Ten minutes later we were comfortably in our spacious room that had a window overlooking the Mediterranean. While Antonio graciously offered to drive us to and from town, we chose to explore everything on foot, including a trip to the marina and catching a train to Sorrento for shopping. Vico Equense was easy to get to, with good food but limited shopping, and was safe. We felt like Vico Equense gave us more an authentic Italian coast experience than in Sorrento (including a delicious Panini sandwich in the lower level of the Wembley Restaurant watching a soccer match with the locals) . Going to Sorrento and examining some of the hotels I had considered made me even happier that we stayed at Villa Ketty. In March, the trees were just beginning to bud but the lemons were fully ripe and Antonio and Denise used these in traditional family recipes to serve the guests, especially at Breakfast. And what a breakfast. Everything was locally sourced, organically grown and deliciously satisfying. Fresh squeezed orange juice, incredible cappuccinos, smoked cheese, freshly baked quiche, fruit, breads, greens with cherry tomatoes in a mild balsamic vinegar, homemade jams and fruit spreads, thinly sliced prosciutto, and more. Antonio serves you while at the same time sharing a bit about his family history on the property and how some of the breakfast items are made. I felt healthy eating there without sacrificing any of the drawbacks of a "healthy" diet (if you know what I mean). It's no wonder that guests come back annually to the Villa Ketty resort!!!

Every single minute from arrival. Antonio and Denise along with every single member of staff are the best hosts... friendly, helpful, attentive and welcoming. The room was amazing (we had number 10) with a stunning view across the bay, down to the beach and up to the mountains. The place is set on levels as you'd expect and the layout is superb. The pool is great as is the bar and dining area. Breakfast is a theatrical experience and the food was delicious. We walked easily to the beach but there's other options if it's not a choice to walk. Libion is a lovely friendly little dog as well who loves a bit of attention. Cannot recommend Villa Ketty highly enough.... outstanding. Thank you!

Absolutely nothing not to like

Well......what a place! The whole time we were here we felt like we were millionaires! the service was the best we have ever had. The rooms were beautiful and the whole resort was gorgeous! We ate there 5 of our 7 nights because the food was proper home made italian cooking! The pizza night was fun! The staff make the experience just that more special. Adeli, Fernando, Sylvie, Melanie, Filicia, Francesco all work so hard alongside Antonio and Denise to make everyone feel a million dollars! Antonio and Denise have made their breakfast an experience like no other! Just WOW! I could go on and on but nothing I say will adequately describe what has simply been an experience like no other! After all the cities we did first, this was a wee bit of paradise and we will definitely be back! Thanks so much for everything.

Beautiful surroundings and the most amazing view from the rooms and the terraces. The photos on here are accurate. Cozy small hotel, quiet, nice, clean and also a pool with a bar (if you order lemonade they will literally pick the lemons from the trees and serve it freshly made). Breakfast was magnificent - freshly produced, organic and very varied. Always served by the owners with a smile. Best I have had in a hotel. Rooms clean and of a good size and tastefully decorated. We ended up having dinner here most evenings since the food and the atmosphere was so great. Do not miss the "pizza party" where meter long pizzas are served to the tones of live Italian music. The staff is so helpful and friendly - from Antonio and his wife (the owners) to Fernando (waiter) - all with a keen eye for details. This place cannot be recommended enough.

I liked everything.

This is one of the most charming places we have stayed at. Words can’t do justice to the experience. Our hosts and owners, Antonio and Denise, along with all the lovely staff, made us feel so welcome and looked after. The breakfast is incredible, the setting and views are magical, overlooking the sea, the pool is relaxing and so refreshing, the bedrooms so spacious and clean. The location is quiet and peaceful but so easily accessible to the main sights of the area- we went to pompeii, capri, sorrento, Positano and Amalfi in the week we were there. Thank you Antonio and Denise for the most wonderful stay - we hope to come again!

There are no words to fully capture the experience at Villa Ketty Resort—it's truly paradise on earth. Everything in the villa is done with heart and soul, and you can feel it in every detail. Care and attention surround you at every step. The room, bathroom, and beds were excellent, and my room had a breathtaking view. The villa features a large pool with plenty of chairs and loungers, which was important to me since the nearby beaches are few and somewhat difficult to access. The villa is conveniently close to the Seiano train station and port, and they offer a shuttle service to the Vico Equense meeting point. I miss the sunsets, the Limoncello Spritz, the delicious and generous breakfast with the stunning view, the pizza and pasta night (the lemon risotto is now my favorite), and so much more. It was a fantastic vacation that left me feeling energized and positive. Many, many thanks to the entire team for their hard work and dedication. Keep up the great spirit!

The villa is situated on the higher part of the village, which we appreciated a lot and enjoyed walking in the city and back. Maybe for someone it will be too steep, but the hotel offers a ride to the village on the hotel car whenever you need, so this inconvenience can be easily solved .

Our recent stay at Villa Ketty was absolutely delightful. The staff were always helpful and super nice, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their extraordinary service truly sets this place apart. The location is stunning, offering breathtaking views that we enjoyed every day. The pool area and the bar were perfect spots to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. Our hotel room was modern, clean, and tidy, and it was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One small suggestion for improvement would be to diversify the breakfast options, as it could become monotonous over a longer stay. Additionally, including more meat meals on the overall menu would be a nice touch. However, this did not cause any inconvenience and is just a polite suggestion. For anyone looking to embrace the Italian “easy life” feeling, Villa Ketty is definitely the place to stay. It was hard to leave the place at any time, and we felt truly heartbroken when it was time to say goodbye.

This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at. The people, the place, the views, and the food were exceptional. I would come back to Villa Ketty in a heart beat. Nothing will beat the incredible breakfast spread every morning, the pizza and pasta nights, and relaxing by the pool. All the staff were exceptional, and made for a beautiful stay in Vico Equense. It was exceptionally clean, and very safe. It's very close to the train station, and beach (which isn't very crowded) and if you're not able to walk up and down the hill, they will drive you if they can. I cannot wait to go back.
