The hotel is modern and very clean. Right in the centre of town with plenty of off street parking immediately behind the hotel. Spacious room in the roof, clean modern bathroom with a multitude of towels. A/c was working well very important given it was 38° on arrival and we’d driven 16hrs. Breakfast was very good. Help yourself 500ml bottles of water in reception. It was my daughters birthday the morning we woke there. Matteo had sourced an English “Happy Birthday” banner and decorated a booth with balloons. It was very kind of them and they wouldn’t accept any € for the inconvenience. There was a restaurant which we would have used had my kids not wanted a dirty burger from the street market in main square. I surprising gem after a very long journey!!

We visited this hotel on while traveling from Switzerland to the Lago Maggiore. We appreciated the late check-in possibility and the friendly staff. Upon arrival we got an unexpected room upgrade to a room with a large, luxurious bathroom. The room was very very clean and the beds are comfortable.

The room was excelent. So big, beautiful and extremly clean, well equipped with anything we needed. The bed was so cozy, with soft pillows, perfect for a great sleep after our long traveling day. The staff of the hotel was really helpful and nice, and also the breakfast was good, you have many options. I really enjoyed my morning coffee there, quiet and nice.

There is nothing I didn't like about this place.

The highlight of this property are the staff. They are very accommodating and kind and were even able to look after my dietary requirements for my included breakfast, which I was very grateful for. I also appreciated that although I was only staying on the first floor, there was still a life available. The local is lovely, though about a 10min drive from Domodossola. Within 50m of the hotel is a supermarket and a bank, though I didn’t really look for restaurants.

The decor was a bit tough on the eyes, as my room was all canary yellow - curtains, cupboards, beside table and bedding, but I could manage for the one night. It’s hard to be sad in a room of such a happy colour! But, to clarify, this was my only real problem with the property.

Staff was super helpful for not only questions asked but even anything that we might need. The facility had electric car charging which was great considering the location. Rooms were very spacious and tastefully done !

The beds were not very comfortable, but it's ok for one night.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was spotless. During the day it was a little noisy, but in the evening it was very quiet. The breakfast was included which was excellent.

There wasn't anything I disliked. I thought it was good value for the money.

I needed a taxi from the next town over in a very busy time. The owner of Emiliano came and picked me and the family up during their busy schedule.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff were really accommodating and the secure garage parking was perfect for our motorcycles.
