We were treated with excellent hospitality from all the staff, who were attentive, friendly, and very efficient. The breakfast was very healthy with some homemade produce.. The room, with white fluffy towels, was cleaned to a very high standard. Having drinks in the garden, before heading down to the town for dinner, was so relaxing , with a cooling breeze on comfortable chairs, surrounded by beautiful plants and trees. (Ideal for a nightcap, too.) Just Bliss ! Thank you, Elisa , Tania, Stefano, and the two ladies serving breakfast, each one of you made our stay exceptional x

Our stay at Hotel Raffael was truly exceptional. The hotel's staff impressed us with their warm hospitality and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet offered a delightful array of sweet and savory choices, and the hotel's cleanliness standards were impeccable. Notably, the hotel's prime location, just a short 10-minute walk from the city center, made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Furthermore, the terrace provided a breathtaking view, enhancing our overall experience. The availability of a car park was an added convenience. We enthusiastically recommend Hotel Raffael!

The hotel was clean, quiet, very good located, but the thing that I loved is the care for the customers. We arrived before the checkin hour and they had already left the room ready for us! Also, we wanted to leave before the breakfast and they manage to get it ready a little bit earlier than usual so we wouldn’t miss it. And the breakfast was delicious! Full of pastries and cream, Nutella, capuccinos… really great! Totally recommend staying here!

All of the staff were so lovely and helpful! They couldn’t do enough for you! The breakfast staff memorised our coffee orders, the rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. The maintenance or ground keeper not sure who he was so very helpful. The guys at the desk gave us all the information we needed for our stay.

Recently renovated, the hotel looks elegant and still keeps the Sardinian style. Massive private parking and 24h access is granted. The room with aircon is a blessing. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and they have been available and proactive in any way. The breakfast cakes are freshly made daily by perhaps the owner of the hotel, and there’s a lovely area of the garden where to eat. Really liked everything and would definitely come back. Also, please do yourself a favour and book dinner at the restaurant Sa Tankitta. The best seafood place in villasimiis and it’s just 50 mtrs from the hotel!

The staff was amazing - Sara gave us great tips, recommended beaches and bars, and was delightful. Stefano was also very nice and had great dinner suggestions. The garden area is charming, with private parking available. The breakfast was plenty of fresh and homecooked products, with a superb pateo for enjoying it. We spent a birthday weekend there and they made their best for an enjoyable stay

The room was a bit old fashioned, with poor insonorization, so sleep quality could definitely improve (in our room we felt like we heard toilet flushing from the entire bulding)

Breakfast could have been a little better A little bit too close to the road and the rooms are not soundproof

Staff amazing. Location 10 min walk from bars and restaurants. The hotel provided umbrellas and huge beach towels for use. Spotless accomodation. Breakfast was extensive continental which could be taken to the lovely garden's.

Bed was very hard. No view from rm 204 balcony

Nice comfortable room with everything we needed. (only stayed the one night) Had an early start in the morning to get to the airport and despite breakfast starting at 8 they got the entire breakfast room ready for 6.30 for us. The breakfast selection was vast. By far the best we had in our fortnight in Sardinia.

A bit of a distance from the nearest beaches, although this wasn't an issue for us as we had a car.

We received a very warm welcome from Stefan and the owner Elisa, they made our stay a very pleasant and memorable one. The location was good, the room very comfortable and clean with balcony which was lovely. We also enjoyed the breakfast. We had a great dinner at a restaurant called Sa Tankita near to our hotel, the food was very tasty and great value, the recommendation came from Elisa. We’ll definitely return soon.
