Good location for a wedding at Villa Dianella. We were always able to find a space in the car park. Reception staff were very helpful (breakfast staff not as friendly.) Our party of four really enjoyed our evening meal in the restaurant. Room was great.

More electricity plug sockets needed in the bedroom. Very simple breakfast which by day 4 became rather boring. The superior room has a jacuzzi bath. However using the shower above the bath, with the folding doors, standing on vents, there was very little space to have a comfortable shower. I would not book a superior room again.

The room and bed were clean and comfortable. The best part was that their free breakfast includes real espresso drinks made to order at the bar--heaven! The machine version at all the other hotels can't compare. We ate dinner here the one night it was okay, but not awesome. We walked down the street to eat another night and liked that. People are outside late into the evening playing soccer and talking. Walking distance to train station to ride in to Florence.

The room was small but really everything here was decent. The breakfast food options weren't many, but the real cappuccino made up for that to us and there were enough choices that we all had something to eat.

Comfortable stay. Bathroom was modern except that there was no extractor fan in the bathroom. Room was good size. Close to supermarket. Restaurant was a bonus. Stayed at hotel to attend a family wedding and hotel had a lot of rooms to accommodate large group.

Staff were okay. A bit far from train station so had to ask hotel reception to call taxi many times and became expensive. Also taxi service after 8 pm can be scarce.

Hotel was great. Very close to a supermarket and had a restaurant that was excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A 15-30 min walk to the station but taxi service before 8pm was excellent. The area around the hotel felt very safe

The hotel staff would get frustrated if asked for assistance with more than one thing. I guess their knowledge of other languages is limited.

We arrived with 2 children and we got 2 rooms just as we asked next to each other. The rooms are super clean, very well renovated, comfortable beds, pillows, fully darkening curtain. The breakfast also contains a real Italian coffee on your choice.

Maybe the glass door on the toilet is too designed for me, I prefer locking the door. :-) Some vegetables would do good too for sandwiches.

I love this hotel, have been there for several times, good breakfast and a very nice restaurant with perfect menu. Comfortable beds and always clean

For me the doors in the toilet are strange. And when I get the room on the ground floor, it is too noisy sometimes to open the window.

I liked how the room looks like, it was clean and tidy. Also, the staff was very friendly. It was quiet. The location of the hotel is OK, around 20 minutes walk to the train station, which is a very nice and enjoyable walk.

1. The check-out hours: it was too early, but you can arrange something with the staff if the desired hour it's not too late. 2. The breakfast: too few options - cheese, boiled eggs (only 1 morning out of 2), some bacon and some sweets. Coffee, juice and water at your discretion.

We needed a budget hotel somewhere between Pisa Airport & Florence with late check-in because of a late flight arrival. This hotel is perfect, as it’s right in between so you’re closer to Florence, it’s cheap, good breakfast is included and the rooms are nice.

For our purpose the location was perfect, but it’s a normal ‘boring’ neighborhood.

Very comfortable hotel with a good restaurant and in a location where there are also several other restaurants within a few minutes walk.

The location in not convenient if travelling to Empoli by rail as it was about a 20 to 25 minute walk away from the station.

In general everything is good. Hotel looks good, facilities and room are clean, bed is comfortable.

Thin walls, we could hear everything from other rooms, and someone was hitting a door in the morning and we could feel walls shaking. Also there was very hot inside of the room (it was comfy 18 C outside though).
