Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Good size room. Had coffee/ tea making facilities in the room - most unusual in Italy but very welcome. Comfortable, large bed. Really, no criticisms. Room and public areas very tastefully decorated and furnished.

The bar open later than 5pm. The highly rated fish restaurant opposite was closed! But a decent pizzeria next door. If you want wine with your meal then it’s too far to walk to the town centre. Free parking in the town.

We chose this hotel, which is a short drive away from the centre of Viterbo, as an overnight stay on the way home to France. It's not in a very interesting location but it has some excellent features. There is free, private parking; the hotel is pet-friendly; it serves a good breakfast; the personnel are efficient and extra friendly (thank you to our breakfast waitress who brought extra bacon for our dog); the room was quiet, spacious and with a comfortable big bed. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but a very good fish restaurant a two minute walk away open even on Sunday evening.

The location not so interesting, but this is not a criticism as I chose a hotel out of the touristic centre - it's just for information.

Very close to main Riello bus station so great for cheap day trips by public transport to Tuscania, Caprarola, Montefiascone etc or to other destinations. Supermarket and shopping centre nearby. About 20 minute walk to Porta Fiorentina or use bus. Clean, modern and comfortable with courteous staff and a room safety deposit box.

Most wonderful staff at reception & in the restaurant where they serve a great breakfast. All the staff were polite, professional, accommodating & always a smile for you. Basic, but both bedroom & bathroom are a good size with room to move. Ideal location for visiting old town of Viterbo, which is only a few minutes away from here by car. Safe, easy on-site parking for 5 euros a night was also welcome.

This hotel was well situated. There was a large COOP store across the street. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was extraordinarily good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom had an old fashioned tub/shower combination that was a bit challenging to get in and out of. If someone has mobility problems, like wheel chair or bad knees or back problems, this place might not work for them.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! The lady at the counter was so so kind and fluent in english which was refreshing, the room was big, and clean, which was also new to us compared to other hotels that we stayed in around italy, and the price was so low compared to others. breakfast was wonderful. The only problem was that it was fully booked for the next night!

I spent a long weekend at Best Western Viterbo. Everything was perfect: my top floor room was big, new and bright, spotless clean, with a balcony and beautiful views over countryside and hills. Great service, staff very polite and attentive. Generous snd various breakfast. Big car park. Great location, hundred meters from a big commercial center and about one chilometer from the center of town. I will be back when in Viterbo.

Though not in the center this hotel really surprised me. Bath was pristine. Good and sunny room with balcony. Management was helpful and efficient. The restaurant/pizzeria in the same block is a bonus plus.

I would have like to have a coffee maker machine in the room, something usual in this kind of hotels.

Very clean and quiet with a spacious room. just outside town but very easy to drive 5 minutes to a free carpark that leads straight into the old town, which is absolutely lovely

The room was spacious, well designed and comfortable. The hotel staff was attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good and generous. Next to the hotel there was an excellent restaurant specialized in fish food. In spite of being a little away from the hotel, Viterbo's historic center could be easily reached by car and the car could be easily parked in a large free of charge public parking.
