The staff was friendly and the location is convenient. It was very clean except for a few hairs here and there.

The ice maker didn’t work. I had to go to the office for ice and she barely gave me half a bucket. The water in the shower was uncomfortably hot. I don’t know if it was a broken handle or if there just wasn’t any cold water but there wasn’t any cool water at all.

The location it was convenient to the Sand Mountain Amphitheater. The staff did help with the problem we had. The door was messed up and wouldn't open with our key or the pass key, We were put in another room. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable to me. The fridge worked well. We didn't try the microwave.The wifi worked well once we got the correct password.

The tub it was a jacuzzi (we couldn't get that part to work) style so it was tall and hard to get into for those with bad knees. Also the water pressure was low. If you're tall like my friend the shower is low and it's easy to bump your head on. They still aren't serving breakfast. Also it could use some cosmetic touch up especially in the bathroom. There was no channel guide for the tv.

The bed was super comfortable and room was clean. Checking in was super fast and easy.

The room door was not sealed well.so it let in more of the cold outside air than I liked but other than that everything was good

Newly renovated. Quiet surroundings. Pieceful weekend get away.

No breakfast was provided, eventhough it was included in the price of room. No coffee in room, only black tea. Equally good tho. Boats blocked parking spots, restrict boats to farthest parking areas. Men with boats used all ice from machine for coolers for boats. Maybe installing an ice machine on both floors would solve issue.

Room was nice and clean, does need some updates, location is very good. The staff was nice and friendly.

Room smelled musty and Drains were slow. Most likely due to their renovations. I chose to buy air freshener and drain cleaner since I was already at the store. Cleared the room up nicely.

Everyone was great made check in easy and made for a great trip. Bed was amazing . Friendly staff.

Location. We were playing in a baseball tournament and it was very convenient & close.

Says all rooms are non-smoking but our room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke, had an ashtray on nightstand, and cigarette burns on both comforters.
