exterior of property as well as the rooms are exceptionally maintained, The area was quiet and safe. walking distance to a few concessions. If you have any business with the near military base, then access to an entry gate is close.

The morning continental breakfast could be improved, But i can also understand that the possibly of lack of use by guests is a major factor

I love the young.man who checked us in. He is the sweetest. My daughter wanted to go swimming and he said it was closed and then 10 minutes later he turned his back up and said she got special permission for my daughter to go swimming he was even out there cleaning the swimming pool for her very very excellent young man should have a raise he's the sweetest

The lady at the desk was super, super helpful ! I love the low cost and parking near my room. It was quiet, and had all the basics I needed. I plan to visit Sierra Vista often, and will stay in your nice hotel again, soon.

I can't think of anything I could reasonably want that you don't offer. I am sorry the City has all that construction going on and hope it isn't hurting your business. I like that it is set back from the Main Street (Fry).

The staff was helpful and friendly. Since I had an early morning appointment on Fort Huachuca, the location was perfect.

The lobby was a bit dated which was surprising since other Rodeway Inn's I had visited in the past had great lobbies.

This was perfect for our 5 days! Barb is fantastic!! The guest laundry room is perfect. The pool was being repaired but we could still use the nice pool chairs to relax in the sun. Coming from the Midwest we had to thaw out!!

Not a thing. Everything was great.

The facilities available including the microwave and coolers in the rooms. Laundry down the hall, breakfast included in pricing.

Unfortunately we got unlucky and our rooma door wouldnt lock if we left.

The room was large for the price and the bed was not bad at all. The worst part of the room was the TV it looked like a 32 in off brand. It was attached to the wall opposite the bed. The TV was color but was to far from the bed. If you turned up the volume on the TV you starte to worried that it was disturbing the neighbors.

Very comfortable bed. Room was clean.

The continental breakfast was not wonderful. But, maybe after the Covid scare is over they will step it up alittle with some cereal and milk and fresh fruit. Decalf coffee would be nice also.

Great place, awesome location, and wonderful staff

Minor repair issues( loose curtain rod for instance) but nothing major

breakfast was oatmeal packets

pillows were filled too full to be comfortable
