The room was very cozy and clean, small, but well taken care of. The tiling in the bathroom was lovely. The shower was great on pressure and the bed was comfortable. The best part of the room was the view, which we noticed the next morning when we opened our door. You can see the beautiful mountains unrestricted by other businesses or buildings. The property also has a nice back area for sitting out and enjoying the view or congregating with your family.

There was no stopper in the bathtub, so we weren't able to take baths. There was no wi-fi at all for our room. When we called the front desk, she stated it was because we were the furthest building from the lobby, so we weren't close enough for wi-fi. Also, the shade was a bit hard to maneuver on the window.

It was clean, comfortable. New ownership so still needed work. Bed was very comfortable. Appliances worked well. Price was acceptable for property being refurbished. Loved the view. On bottom floor facing traffic, but did not hear anything!

TV was difficult to use. Internet was weak, so bring ur own. We had global assistance, so had strong internet. New owners still working on property. Our room only had sheer curtains, so informed owner. Bathroom was older, but they r working on refurbishing the rooms.

The property was beautiful and expansive. Deer and pigs (javelinas?) wandered right up on the grounds. We woke to songbirds and the view of the mountains and desert flora are meditative. It is pet friendly and the breakfast is fantastic. Chris really took care of us and saw to our needs. The best hospitality.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. The rooms could have taken a deeper cleaning, you can’t take your included breakfast to your room, the pool was broken, but overall, our stay was incredibly pleasant.

Location is great and the views from the hotel are amazing. Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Beds were not very comfortable. Our hot water faucet on the sink was leaky. Wifi was not available in our room, the network wasnt showing up, thought maybe it was just down but I was able to see the network from a different part of the property but was unable to connect with the provided password. Breakfast left much to be desired. There was cereal, oatmeal, and bite-sized muffins available and someone making toast and eggs but the toast we received was burnt. Ate breakfast there the first morning but went into town to grab a more substantial breakfast the next morning.

Breakfast was included. The dining area was very clean and orderly. Covid friendly. The food was as served as promised. It was a pleasant experience.

The facility is aged and in need of minor repairs. The pool area was out of order and the pool furniture was deteriorated and unusable. There were numerous insects that came into the room. Crickets, moths and beetles. It's to be somewhat expected given you are in the desert and in a aged facility.

The location and the view was excellent The rooms were clean and roomy. They had a nice breakfast

The Wi-Fi signal was so weak we couldn't pick up the bank on electronic devices. The parking was not accessible to the rooms without going down steps on some rooms the property was not senior or handicap people friendly

August 2022

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and it was an easy location to Tombstone.

The pool was down for maintenance, so it wasn’t available. The “fresh” hot breakfast was horrible. The woman preparing the meal was very sweet, but this was not a fresh breakfast. The scrambled eggs had a green tint, the pancakes were microwaved, the “assorted fresh fruit” selection was slushy apples and dry oranges, and the fried potatoes were inedible. We ended up getting breakfast on the road.

Live on property lady needs a little more training in the hospitality industry. She was abrasive to several guest that were early to arrive. One guest actually went to find another property!!!!

Staff was very helpful. When we got there, we had an issue with the TV, but they quickly moved us to another room and we were able to use the TV there. Also, next day upon checkout, they were very receptive to the problem and stated would check the issue out.

Only real issue was the TV remotes not working and hopefully they addressed that after we let them know! :)
