Location is safe and not noisy.

The staff upfront was not helpful we needed and extra room and she was only accepting cash to reserve another rooms. Ridiculas amount of money for it. Plus she said the reason it was cash is beacuse the ATM machine was not working. Which did not made sense because security deposit was made with card. Ended up getting another room somewhere else for very low price.

house keeping came into our room when we weren’t there. usually places knock and if you respond with a yes then they will come in but if you don’t they won’t. had all my personal belongings out. everything seemed to be not touched only thing was the bed was made and restroom cleaned which i don’t mind that but still. that made me feel uneasy. it’s like what a coincidence we leave for 1 hour to eat and they go in our room. Wish they had a fridge/microwave then the stay would be 10/10

The room is big, clean and comfortable. The car parking is very useful. The motel is just two step from Mexico Plaza where you can find some market and shops. Also the Metro C line (Green), connected to LAX airport, is not far.

The WiFi signal is very poor in our room, and often got disconnected, upgraded is needed.

We stayed here for 3 night.The room was spacious and we got our room cleaned every single day which we loved.

Our room was right near the stairs on the 2nd floor and every time someone used the stairs it was really noisy. And also the door to the bathroom was really squeaky which was annoying but other than that it was a great stay.

Sally from the reception desk was Amazing. She helped us so much with everything we needed. The hotel is near transportation (Bus and Metro) and close to stores (supermarket and places to eat). The room was really clean. Thank you Sally, The couple from Greece

We had no continental breakfast. Liked that we had fast food restaurants near by and freeway entry was around the corner. Easy access to everything. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. No problems at all.

Overall experience was good. I liked the size of the room.

Housekeeping didn't return to complete the bed. They undressed the bed and only returned with a flat sheet but no blankets or pillow cases.

It was very quiet for the location (next to the freeway). the grounds where well kept. and the staff was friendly.

Not enough amenities a microwave and refrigerator would be very helpful.

it was clean the room was nice I like the wood floor I’m glad there was no carpet the air conditioner worked great great plaza great food around the area
