The room was spacious and clean and well appointed with lots of extras like a microwave and iron. The breakfast was good with eggs and sausage, waffles etc. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The overall motel was very dirty with the carpets stained black and the stairwell filthy. We would come across homeless people sleeping in the stairwells. The location was a little sketchy with strange people hanging around.

It was in a good location, close by to a lot of shopping center, restaurants, and gas stations.

The communication between the staff. I was told two different things which made my check in hard. I did not have a quick check in. It made me late to where I needed to be. Worse check in I have ever experienced

I love the the location love the hotel I know the quality inn is not responsible for people that go in we felt unsafe they where people following us around the hotel that’s the only reason we had to leave

That there was people following us making us feel un safe all over the hotel

Waiting to be Check-in took too long. I started making line with three people ahead of me and i waited 45 min to get to the check in window. My check in process was done in 7 min. People who were in line now behind me were complaining that they had arrived before chech in one said 2:15 another 1:45 time and were not allowed to do so saying they had to wait until 3pm exact.

Staff was very professional, house keeping personnel were respectful and willing to assists if needed.

I liked how clean and organized the rooms were.

the parking was an issue for me because there was no parking available at night since there’s a dance club next to the hotel. parking can be more organized

Great place to stay if your staying for a couple of days. The rooms were clean and never smelled like cigarettes. I saw the staff was really taking care of the rooms by disinfecting the bathrooms, furniture and beds.

I saw that the carpets leading to the rooms are due for a remodel because it has a lot of stains on the carpet.

Breakfast and check in If you can’t set down to eat the food should be something quick and easy Not a frozen Burrito. Also it would help to have someone that know the check in system better . Front desk took my credit card ran the wrong amount. Then tried to run it again putting double charge on my card then needing to get the manager to come fix everything. I was out side waiting for over 2 hrs to get my room . The manager fixed problem then I had to give them another credit card for the deposit that I will get back in a week after I leave property . I still looking for my deposit . But it was ok after that no issues .

The room was clean. It had everything I needed to enjoy my trip. I a traveling trip from hell so when I got to the hotel and explained my situation, the staff was very understanding and supplied me with what I needed.
