The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Nicely kept up facilities. Breakfast was good.

The pool wasn't open. Lady at front desk said it is normally open this time of year but she didn't know why the maintenance man hadn't done it yet.

I loved that my room was cleaned every day without having to ask for it. I liked the walk in shower but the floor was a tiny bit slick. I liked that the room had a microwave and a fridge.

I didn't like that the pillows were so cheap and small and didn't support me much. I didn't like the work out room. It was too small and the hours weren't good for my schedule. I wish I could've accessed it earlier than 6am.

The room was very nice.

The disability room was small. My husband could barely get around the tight places with his walker. A person with a wheelchair would not have been able to function in the room.

The staff are wonderful and so helpful. Definitely loved that southern hospitality especially Joanne night desk and the lovely breakfast lady.

Wifi questionable. Shower could be updated for sure.

Great location near the Interstate and with several fast food restaurants and gas stations nearby, yet very quiet at night. Comfortable room and friendly staff.

Room was electronically dated with no usb charging outlets.

It was quite hot and the pool was closed due to problems. We were looking forward to having a pool so hopefully when we go again we will make sure pool is working

Our stay at Best Western was so nice. The staff were very professional and friendly. The location was so convenient. If we ever in town we will book Best Western again for sure

Breakfast needed bacon or another meat. The bread/biscuits seemed dry. Out of orange juice.

Attendant was there at breakfast. Needed juice, more variety.
