Location and the fact the hotel is remodeled and everything is new.

I didn’t like my room had a very strong cigarette smell. Room was supposed to be “non-smoking”. My bed didn’t have a fitted sheet, just a mattress cover,a small sheet and the bed cover. Ended up going to the lobby to request sheets and put them on myself.

I liked that my room was always clean maintance was very respectful front desk aswell nice

I didnt like that the pool was closed couldnt have fun tv didnt work cable kept going off and never got it fixed and pool never opened and their wasnt as much light in the room

Love the friendly staff. They make conversation with you making you feel comfortable but at the same time respect your privacy . Housekeeping service is by far too good because it's the only hotel in Laredo that I know housekeeping doesn't make you feel as if your getting kickout . They don't bother you ..they don't knock your door ,they keep too themselves do their job knowing that we know checkout time .

Close to the mall

I paid $20 more for "breakfast included " only to find out the actual hotel does not offer breakfast! Booking get it together! Oh, and the elevator wasn't working, so plan on using the stairs.

used to live in Laredo now live in San Antonio, came here twice and recently New Year (12/31/22-1/2/23)

reconstruction is reasonable Soo no negative remarks .great fresh yo from the last time I came (2017)

At the time of my stay, the property was being remodeled so there was a lot of dust in the lobby and the pool was closed.

Air condition and wifi worked grear

I paid for breakfast, there was no brwaking. Not even coffee, pool and tub were not wtking.. ice machine not working. Side exit door did not lock.

Remote on TV did not work right..slept w TV on all night..would not turn off...couldnt find connection to unplug tv

Check in was good, helpful young man. Great property. Interior design was vintage, looks nice.

Wish the pool was clean. Wish we could get 1pm check out or at least 12.
