The room and everything was comfortable as well it was neat...

No elevator was on and forced to walk up the stairs back n forth even when u carried a suitcases image that. Staffs needed to double check with trashes when a person stays til the next t day or so.... They should b careful when a person got locked out toward a room that they reserved for more than a day or two as well...

close to highway so some noise from there. didn’t hear much noise from the hallway and none from the side rooms. very comfy bed. clean. huge bathtub. later checkout time. they are remodeling but we arrived and left before they started for the day so didn’t bother us.

didn’t have a mini fridge. just wanted to be able to keep bottled drinks cold.

Breakfast was so yummy ...fresh fruit ...and, finally a la quinta that lets u make a wafflnd Great choices of cereal and also has eggs ...eggs are a rare find during these covid days!

I don't have any complaints...towels were white and , room smelled great and was actually clean!

Loved the room, beds, and the bathroom. Our shower was HUGE plenty of room in the bathroom.

The door was a bit hard to open/close. Just needs a little fix to make it easier to open/close. We had to push it to shut all the way.

The staff was amazing! Very professional and respectful. The room was great size and the location was very convenient. The hotel was also very accommodating to me and my emotional support dog. Very good overall experience!

the breakfast setup was good

we had problems with the key card when entering the outside door and the door itself. I had to get them to recode the key card five times in the two nights we stayed on the property.

It was comfortable and clean and in a good location, convenient for our visits. Breakfast was good, too.

We were surprised there was no refrigerator or microwave, items we find helpful since this was just one stop in a longer journey.

Have the room cleaned when you asked to be put on the list for a cleaning.

Did not like it when the room wasn’t cleaned when you asked for housekeeping services. Don’t want it cleaned every day but at least once or twice

The staff was very friendly!

I walk with a cane and walker. The cleaning crew kept leaving the carts in the middle of hall. I would move them aside and they would put them back.
