Shower head could have been a little better. A wall or two showed some use. An extra coffee for the 2nd day would have been good. I used two regulars the first morning.

Breakfast was good.

Many oil patch workers stay there, no problem, nice folks. The weather had been bad and much mud and dirt had been tracked into the facility in the halls and other places, a housekeeping nightmare which hadn't been solved the day I was there. No real problem, just an observation.

Everything was fantastic from the moment we got there...from friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room and very cold ac. Was super comfortable and felt safe

I thought your breakfast was fresh, and COVID friendly to those who may be reluctant to eat.

I did not like the pillows on the bed. They were not firm and they were small. They sank and did not support me or my families bodies. I think all the hotels have this problem not just the Hampton Inn.

Liked location. Breakfast was different both days. Some not same thing each day. Variety. Room was quiet.

Hot tub wasn't heated. Other than that, a pretty good stay.

The associate at the desk was a sweetheart, the room was great! Took a minute to figure out the heating system, but then was as snug as a bug in a rug!

Set up to get to the elevators was a little confusing. I was also tired from driving through weather and then 2hrs in standing traffic on the interstate 😊
