The location is perfect if you want a cozy place to stay near Blue Hole Lake and Inner Space Caverns, very nice front desk ladies and clean rooms! Breakfast wasn’t my favorite but my gf loved it.

The pool is an indoor pool however it isn’t heated and even in the hot summer months of August, it is Ice cold. There’s only one elevator in the building which makes it take a little longer to go up to your room and can become annoying if you leave the hotel frequently, I just started using the stairs after the first night staying . The Hot tub was boarded off and this isn’t disclosed before hand! The pictures online ALSO show the hot tub in a working condition so this was very unfortunate. Very disappointing experience as far as the pool situation is concerned.

The receptionist greeted me and was very polite 😬👍. The property and room were clean and well taken care of. The owner/ management have done an excellent job in keeping this property in great condition. Other properties can learn from this one. I don’t eat breakfast in the morning, but coffee is very important to me to get my day started. The coffee was of good quality and I loved it. I’ve been to 5 stars hotels and at times they have served cheap coffee ☹️.

Location, location and location. Within minutes you are able to get where you need to go. Conveniently located off the interstate. The housekeeping staff were awesome. So helpful and nice. By far the highlight of the stay.

The pool area had air conditioning/fan blowing which was uncomfortable when getting out the pool. And the on site laundry wasn’t working so I wasn’t able to wash swim wear as I would have liked to.

Bathroom was spotless, bed and pillows extremely comfortable, window opened to allow in fresh air. Had an issue with taxes being charged but the issue was resolved the next day by extremely courteous and dedicated employee.

Traveled for work and my company is tax exempt, had a little trouble upon check-in processing forms and discovered after checking out that we were charged state taxes. When calling the hotel after arriving home, staff could not find the tax exempt forms that were submitted at check-in.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, decent breakfast variety

Parking lot sometimes filled with sideways trucks with trailers, taking up 6 slots at a time. I had to get permission to park in handicap slot bc no room left, and the spare lot for parking was blocked by three cars!

Hotel was clean. Had plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. AC worked well.

Walls were thin. Could hear neighbors talking thru walls. Could hear highway traffic. Blackout curtains needed to totally block light, parking lot lights shined thru.

Friendly staff clean room good water pressure with a great shower head that angled where needed.

Fitted sheet and mattress protector had no elasticity resulting in getting tangled up and not sleeping well. Requested bedding change at front desk and it did not happen.

The bed was so comfortable, the room was very clean and most of the staff was amazing.

The only thing that I frowned on was when my grandson, myself, and other patrons were eating breakfast and watching TV, the lady just walked over and turned the TV off while we were watching it. I feel that was very unprofessional and the only way she said something to us was when I said "hey that is rude, we were watching this!" She then said "I am sorry but it is 9am and I have to turn the TV off at 9." I was okay with that but she could have said something prior to doing that. I think that is not very professional, rude and definitely wasn't courteous!

I liked the location of this facility. It was very close to the event location we were attending. It was very close to some very nice restaurants we chose to visit during our stay. The hotel was well kept and the staff was very friendly.

The only issue I had was the breakfast in the morning. It seemed simple and with very few options. I feel that this could use some improvement. Such as an improved variety of breakfast options. The main course was eggs, biscuits, sausage and gravy. This is too plain and lacks creativity.

Great location and the staff were pleasant.

Even though the breakfast bar wasn’t open, it would have been nice if the coffee was available for early risers. It would be profitable if the food and chips area had popcorn available to purchase. additionally, I wouldn’t say that our room was cleaned adequately before we arrived. We had to wipe off the bed stand before setting anything on it. my spouse noticed that the couch wasn’t clean.
