The staff were helpful, breakfast was very good, location close to main sights, high standards of cleanliness.

The deadlock on our room door failed and we were trapped in our room for over 90 minutes, the maintenance man (in his 60s) at one point considered trying to get into our room from the room above but it was too dangerous. and eventually managed to break in. Had there been an emergency, such as fire, we would have been unable to escape. We will most likely never use the deadbolt in a hotel room again. The hotel is in dire need of modernisation in fixtures and fittings. Our bathroom door was warped and could not be closed and everything was worn and tired looking.

Nice hotel, comfortable and really friendly staff. Also the location is very good. Rooms are quite spacious. The hotel met or exceeded our expectations. Café de Barrio at practically a footstep away has excellent coffee!! Everything is in walking distance. Mall, restaurants, sights.

Addition of a hot item to the menu, like scrabled eggs or something would have made the breakfast even better. But it was by no means poor.

The hotel is somewhat run down. Paint is peeling off in some places inside the room. The shower didn't work one morning but the hotel staff had it repaired immediately. The phone also didn't work properly.

Everything. Great location for walking around downtown, safe and clean. The restaurant next door, Panther, brought us great food at all times, cheaper and much better than hotel breakfast.

The breakfast was good, but it would have been nice if the hotel had varied the menu. Aside from a little variation in the fruit tray, everything was the same every day.

The bathroom door didn't fully close. The walls are very thin and so we could hear conversation or the TV in adjacent rooms.

Virtually everything was good. Breakfast was really nice and the staff friendly.

The one annoyance: a dull banging noise from the lift, which I could hear from my 15th floor room.

Friendly staff. They found space for our bikes on the first floor and are keeping our empty bike boxes for 10 days till our return. Comfortable room and The hotel is close to The main attractions

The rooms are showing signs of time, there were water stains on the ceilings both in bathroom and bedroom, some rust on the air vents and the walls were stained and chipped. The hotel could benefit of some paint and basic maintenance work.

Great location and great value for money. Breakfast more varied and better than I expected. Not too much difference between the rooms & experience at NH Panorama but at a much cheaper price.
