The location of this lovely little hotel is right in the centre of the old town, with easy walking distance to main attractions. The welcome we got on a late check in after a late arrival due to snow was much appreciated. The room we had was of a shabby chic theme and very tasteful. The downstairs of the Ovo Malo duse is a cool coffee + tea shop and restaurant. The free breakfast was very fresh and included lovely local produce. The service there is excellent and the guys working there were smart, helpful and very professional. Nothing is too much here. You will feel safe and welcomed.

Only thing I could suggest to improve would be a full length mirror in the bedroom or hallway in the bedroom. Bottled of water on first night would be good, especially if a late arrival.

The rest is just perfect! Everything, from interior design to bed linen, looks like a result of a great care of the owner an the management. And the location is fantastic! The breakfast (which is included) was prepared and served quite classy for 3 star hotel. I was really happy to spend my first night in Sarajevo at Ovo malo duše and would recommend it to my friends. Hope that all the little inconvenieces will be fixed!

The heating didn't work at my room although the receptionnist said that it would be (meanwhile, that night was quite cold in Sarajevo). Also, it looks like the hotel restaurant doesn't have hood in the kitchen; as a result, after even a short stay at the dining room your clothes and hair smell like this kitchen.

We have spend 3 days at this lovely hotel centrally located. Everything was reachable by foot in a few minutes (Hot spots, Cafés, Restaurants and Supermarket). The hotel staff was very friendly especially Armin who picked us up from the airport to hotel and gave us a lots of recommendations for Sarajevo. We need to point out he was very polite and helpful and answered all of our questions and explained directions. It was a pleasure for us to stay at this hotel and would really recommend it to everyone. We never had that combination of a lovely hotel with very very friendly staff and are happy we chosed it for our Trip.

It was a beautiful room, large comfortable bed and a perfect central location for exploring the city. The space was very clean and fresh towels were provided each day as well as plenty of shampoo. It was very convenient having the restaurant downstairs for morning coffee etc and the staff are very friendly. The WiFi was strong too.

The air conditioning was warm, so at night it was stiflingly hot and hard to sleep despite the very comfortable bed. The WiFi instructions were not available in the room or on the booking, so I had to wait until the restaurant opened the following morning to connect. Only shampoo and soap was offered, no shower gel and there are no tea / coffee making facilities. I asked for help booking a taxi on two occasions. The first time I was told to hail one and it charged me €20 for a €2.50 journey. The second time I had to go to a nearby hotel to call one for me as the reception couldn’t pre book and is only open during restaurant hours (I needed a taxi earlier).

The hotel had an incredibly lovely and welcoming atmosphere. However, what we liked the most was the amount of help and hospitality we received from the staff, Amin in particular. We got a lot of help getting information and useful tips. In addition, the room was very comfortable, clean, and the hotel served a delicious breakfast every morning. We will definitely visit the hotel again when we're back in Sarajevo.

I loved everything about this hotel. We stayed at the beginning of our trip and again at the end, so we tried 2 rooms and both were perfect. The decor is lovely, its very quiet and the beds are amazing. The staff is excellent, friendly and completely professional. The breakfast was beyond amazing. I just can't recommend this hotel highly enough. What a great place.

Everything was great. The location is perfect, right in the heart of historical centre. Breakfast was super delicious. Very clean and comfortable rooms. And what is more important, staff at the hotel are just amazing and very helpful! Not only they checked me in 7 hours before standard check-in time without surcharge, but they also offered me a complimentary coffee while I was waiting for the key. Bosnians are truly amazing people with big hearts! Perfect place, perfect stay!

Great location in Sarajevo Old Town. Just minutes by walk from the Latin Bridge, Clock Tower and Ali Pasha's Mosque. Plent of shopping and eating places close by too. The room itself was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was included which was served in the attached cafe downstairs. Service was excellent both in the restaurant and the hotel.

The room windows (I was on the top floor) are located high in the walls, so while they let in light, not able to see the street below them.

Staff was great, they helped about everything. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. I was able to go everywhere by walking.

I'm disappointed about hotel's WiFi. It was slow and disconnecting a lot. I had to try to reconnect every 2-3 minutes. Another problem was plastic kettle. There were plastic particles in the water after heating, so I couldn't use it. Everything was perfect except these two problems.

Central location! Great breakfast! Friendly staff! Have elevator!

Room is quite small. Neighbors open and shut door can be heard very clearly. No eletronic kettle in the room. Wifi signal is poor at the top floor.
