The people here that work here are very professional and the dinner and the lunch and the breakfast was amazing and the staff is so professional, I have never been in a hotel where the staff works so hard to be in such high standards for the customers. Thank you for making my stay so amazing and wonderful and we will be back trust me. You made our trip exceptional.

Nothing perfect.

Comfortable and quiet room. The restroom had a bathtub, which is uncommon in Brazil. Breakfast was nice, with quite a variety of options. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.

I ordered room service and found the food to be quite little. It would have been nice to have a larger quantity of food. The quality was good.

Confort ,location, and luxury design complete hotel, they have a beauty salon, massage, games room, convenience, steam and pool, every thing to you need to relax... excellent breakfast, and nice workres.

Location is good. Staffs at front desk is fine.

Staff at breakfast don't speak english and don't even bother to find someone to help when they can't speak english.

Breakfast was amazing!!! They even have an omelette station with omelettes made to order!!!

I found a lube tube that was left by the precious person in the room by the edge of the bed.

The staff were very attentive and happy to help.

I was a bit disappointed that we had to get our coffees out a machine. A five star hotel should have a waiter taking the order and bringing to the table.

From the service, massages, pool/steam room, and Buffett, this has been the best hotel experience of my life! Best honeymoon experience!
