I like that the property was very clean. It was romantic, after hours when you were hungry they had a jerk chicken . I Loved that the pools didn’t have a time frame on when you can swim. My husband and I did a lot of late night swimming which we really felt like we were on vacation . I want to send a shot out to your bartender, Sasha that works inside secrets preferred club on the first floor and O’Brien ,their hospitality was superb and so welcoming we will come again!.Thanks for a wonderful stay

The mosquitoes were awful, I feel like the hotel should’ve offered some type of bug spray in the room like the shampoos, conditioners, lotions, etc.

The food was amazing yet again! There are so many different restaurants to try. The portion sizes are good, and the drinks are also so delicious! They also honored our request to have the same butlers that we had last year which was great! They definitely know how to treat their guests, and our butlers went above and beyond their duties to make sure our stay was impeccable!

I didn't like that the room we booked (preferred swim out) was unavailable due to the preferred section pool being closed. Unfortunately, it was closed for the duration of the stay which was disappointing. The property has assured me that they will refund the difference of the cost of the room, since we had to stay in a different room.

Everything was great my only issue , after you check in I mean immediately after checking In before even getting to your room staff sit you down and try and sell you on something that sounds like a timeshare and VERY persistent .. almost ruined the experience, after getting passed that everything was great, friendly staff clean property.. Anyone who decides to go be sure to stop by the coco cafe in the evening and see Ms erica , she's a delight .

The staff were superb. The facilities were also very good. The choice of places to eat was just enough for the 12 days we were there (but we did end up in the same restaurant too many times, as the other 'popular' restaurants were full and had as many 10 to 16 people waiting to get in). The beaches were excellent. The adult channels on the TV were appreciated ;-) .

Well, in the week before Christmas, and over Christmas there was always an abundance of sunbeds to choose from. However, from Dec 27th there was a huge influx of guests and unless you went down at 6am to put a towel on a sunbed you had no chance of securing one; anywhere. Moreover, the hotel staff did not help by not removing said towels (from unused sunbeds) in the prescribed time, as mentioned in the hotel literature. Would have appreciated a few more UK channels on the room TV - BBC1, ITV (yes, I know, you don't go on holiday to watch TV, but you get my drift).

Check in and check out was nice and easy, The restaurants were really nice , Pool area was clean and staff was around if you needed anything , Bartender was very funny in the pool and was excellent on keeping the drinks coming . Nice Beach area .

The first room we had on the 5th floor had a bad Musty smell , We opened the balcony doors to try and air out the room but it was to much to stay there witch sucked because the view was awesome. Moved to 3rd. floor witch also had a musty smell but not as bad, We would just leave the door open when we were out during the day and close it when we came back for bed , There is literally a big hole in the roof over the 5th floor room that we originally had.

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights. We had amazing butlers (Kenroy and Duran) who were two of the friendliest people I've ever met! They went above and behind when it came to making sure that we had everything we needed and then some. The beach was small, but it never got crowded and the water was perfect (just have to make sure to look out for the jellyfish). The food was amazing! I'm looking forward to planning another stay at this hotel in the future.

The one downfall to this amazing place was the mosquitoes. Even with bringing our own bug spray and using the bug spray provided by the hotel, my friend and I were constantly getting bit whether it was in the room or in the various eatery's around the property.

I stayed in the Preferred Club suites and those rooms were located right next to everything. I didn't have to walk far to enjoy all the amenities. The staff at the Preferred Club pool worked tirelessly to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this location for anyone seeking serenity!

My dislikes had NOTHING to do with the resort but I didn't like that I had booked my stay for a such a short period of time!

Rooms and facilities in general are outdated. Definitely not 5 star hotel as it shows online. 4-4.2 at best. There are areas in need of renovations. Nightly entertainment is good. Food is ok better than alot of all inclusive resorts. Beach is great.

The property had great ocean views, wonderful beach, warm and friendly staff and nice entertainment options. Was great to have onsite covid test center, which was convenient. The pick-up and drop-off with partner service, Amstar was on-time!!

The restaurant had great decor but the taste of the food was okay. There was a long waiting time for the restaurants during dinner. The restaurants had the same menu for the week. If I wanted to go back to the same restaurant, I have to eat the same food.

Great facilities. Loads of places to eat and drink. Beach parties, late night jerk station, plenty of activities at the hotel, the hotel can even arrange activities / tours outside of the hotel. Great one stop location. Would defo go back. 😍

Room service took a ridiculously long time especially as the hotel wasn't at full capacity.
